Turning fifteen isn’t always fun for everyone. Especially not for Alex. Luckily, she has her friends to go through high school with.
It’s summer of 2007 and kids are being sent off to camp and whatnot. What a birthday present, right? Not very many of the kids were happy to be at this camp for three weeks, knowing their parents would be out drinking, dancing or just enjoying the time they had alone? Ew. Camp Bee Sting was pretty true to it’s name. They lived next to a honey farm and kids couldn’t help but go over there. Alex, Hannah, Lexii and Marissa were the girls that always had fun with one another, and thank the lord they were all going together. Their parents were all friends. Two girls; however, always knew how to make them tip their jars. Kailee and Linn. They were popularity at the high school they all attended. Not to mention their gorgeous Boyfriends. Many of the girls were jealous of them. Then there was the guys. Now these boys were harder to pull apart than frozen taffy without snapping it. Gregg, John, Mikie or as they all called him Mikie Moo for his obsession with cows for some reason. Then there was Adam and Aaron, the twins. They were good friends with the girls too, and all of them swore on their friendship never to date one another after Hannah and Gregg’s big break up. But things change over Summer right? Maybe Alex can get a happy birthday…
