A lot of women where I live wear way too much perfume. I think that's common enough wherever you live.
I don't know if it's just because so many people are dehydrated, but many many people where I live have terrible s**t breath.
Then, there is this merging point between these two groups of people. It's really horrible. To be overpowered by perfume, and then have some stank waft at you ever few seconds is the most horrid expirience I think I've had lately.

Like senior citizen discount day at the local market... It's horrible, why do people have the impulse to do that? WHY??!! To mask their body odor that cannot be contained within a prescription-brand deodorant?

Nothing like walking into the elevator at my dorm and walk into a cloud of perfume. It's just great.

ninja I wear perfume..
But I try not to cloud myself in it. DX The thing is that after constant use, the wearer gets used to the smell and adds more because they think that if they smell it, everything is okay.
As for the bad breath, people just need to eat more yogurt. Although, I think that's more for morning breath but still.. it works. >.>

I wear perfume, I just don't spray the whole damn bottle on me.Even though I like the smell of my perfume, I don't like it when its all I can smell.
As for the bad breath thing...I brush my teeth, and bring a little spray thing. It not only smells good, it tastes good too! XD

I don't wear perfume. Frankly I think most of it smells the same. I doubt anyone should care how you smell unless you stink to high heavens.

I only wear perfume on more special occasions like dates and stuff. Most of the time when I'm going out, I don't wear it because I know that a lot of people are allergic too. When I *do* put on perfume, one drop for wrists and neck is good enough. Or the classic, spray and walk. Generally, I only like it when the only time you can smell it is when you're up close and personal. That way, the other person has almost a scent signature to remember you by... instead of a scent slap-in-the-face.

With the amount of perfume some people put on, there must be an alternative motive other than just smelling good. Surely anyone using that much must notice a significant decrease in the bottle? Surely? Others seem to be able to manage a mere sprinkling... or none at all...
Perhaps it's a world domination ploy. "I will suck the very air from around you with my scent! Mwahaha!"
Over-doused perfume is a pet peeve of mine, especially since I work on the tills in a supermarket. There is no escape... And it makes me sneeze. sad

Too much perfume is a no-no...men or women. I'm allergic to them. Though, I admit I put some on at times, if there's an occasion; just not too much. Just take a shower everyday and you should be alright...=.=
As for bad breath -- like Macaque said, drink more water. And brush your teeth twice a day at the least. Is really that hard to do?

Most people don't use to much perfume though... At least the people I know who uses the product. I never really met anyone who smelt really bad... I don't know, maybe it's just me.
On the breathe thing... It bothers me a lot... Like I brush my teeth twice a day (which should be normal for most people) and I also use mouth wash after I brush it. People should learn how to take care of their teeth better... Some people I mean... He He... *Cough* My brother *Cough*
I guess a solution is to approach the person and say... "Hey Lady! Lay off the scents a little eh?" and... "Brush your teeth and drank water!!!"

Guys with that Axe/Tag spray are worse. After gym, instead of using the SHOWERS THAT ARE PROVIDED, they like use a whole freaking bottle of that crap. D:
