sign the petition boycotting this movieglorifying the deeply disturbed and psychopathic killer of our very dear John Winston Ono Lennon. Im posting this everywhere so as to get maximum awareness. Sorry if it gets annoying or the like, but it is for an important cause i believe

I signed a petition like that about a year ago.(Though I never know how much they really accomplish.. sad ) I think that movie decided to stop coming out. When I used to browse over articles about Lindsay Lohan, it would stick in something at the bottom about how she was working on this movie. And now, nothing. I hope it got shelved.

no im pretty sure its coming out. i was going to see it cos i was confused and thought it was about john lennon XD then i thought it was still about john lennon but a little of mdc, then i realized it was mdc and lindsay lohan.
i hate lindsay lohan, i think shes a boozy, drugged up no talent whos wasting her life and so i was like gah. and JARED LETO OMG DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED. so the two people in the movie i hate and the movies just about the murderer. no way in hell i will ever see the movie :] why even give the man the attention?

The only reason why he killed John was to get attention, so all they're doing is giving a goddamn murderer what he wanted.

Damn, how awful is that.
I wouldn't watch that movie if I was payed to.
I already don't watch any movies with Lohan in it, but now I'm not going to watch this movie even more.

I will not watch anything with Lindsey Lohan or Jared Leto. I wish there was a puking emoticon haha.
But I think I signed this a long time ago. But I remember reading somewhere that Jared Leto had to gain weight for the movie, and well he's back to normal now so I think either they're done making the movie, or they stopped. Hopefully they stopped it biggrin

Thankfully because of Lohan's suicidal, self-destructing attitude towards her career, it's probably a good chance that we wouldn't even need to boycott the movie - people just wouldn't go.

i think theyre done with it. and i hope there are a lot of people who dislike lindsay lohan as i do. she and britney are annoying cos they only use rehab to try and stay out of jail and theyre using promises. ERICS (clapton) promises. how is it gonna look when theyre all LOLZ I DRINKED/DRUGGED NAOW GUES IT DUNNIT WERK
i just gah. two of the people i rly dislike (lohan and leto) BOTH in a movie about a man i have no words for the hatred i feel

I hate Lindsay Lohan too.I don't even understand the POINT of Lohan being in the movie. They just kind of invented her character for no reason: A John Lennon fan named Jude. xp

I don't think I've ever seen anything with Jared Leto in it, so I have no feelings towards him. But I don't know why he'd want to accept the role of MDC. I sure as hell wouldn't, not for any amount of money.
But that's not even the worst of it. I read that Yoko and Sean objected strongly to this film being made. But not only do they make it, they film part of it AT THE DAKOTA, again over the protesting of Yoko and Sean. I find that completely distasteful. Hollywood officially has no class. GRR!
And like Julia said, they're giving MDC exactly what he wanted, more notoriety. scream

i think thats stupid =_= and lohan in a movie seems to lower it auto to me. she said she didnt like how she took away from important issues, like global warming, yet she didnt know wot to do to "prevent that" heres a thought. stop getting DUIs, stop boozing, stop being a whore, stop snorting/shooting/huffing drugs and stop getting caught with coke on you and saying you were wearing someone elses pants/youre in someone else's car (TWICE shes been caught with cocaine TWICE shes DUI'd, she was caught going 100 miles an hour under the influence, she totaled her car. if she doesnt go to jail the systems just waaaay corrupt)
and i dont like jared leto cos i dont like 30 seconds to mars and my sister plays it all the time. :/ i think she wants to see the movie cos hes in it which is absolutely horrible
and its even more horrible to ignore the wishes of johns loved ones and film anyway. to me this whole film is a travesty

I hope the advertisements for this movie are limited to posters. I'd have to keep myself from kicking the TV screen every time the movie trailer came on.

The wikipedia page for the movie says no one in the US picked up the film.
And apparently Sean Lennon was actually friends with Lindsay Lohan, and he called her involvement in it "tacky". I could add a lot more adjectives on that that are a lot less reader-friendly, however. neutral
How much of a b***h is Lohan to co-star in a film about the MURDER of a FRIEND'S FATHER?
