Derrik, who was the Sailor Orion, was the other guardian of these battle grounds. It was by him people could be transported to this large practice ground, where they trained senshi to to be the senshi they are. The battlegrounds were located in the constellation that people called Orion's belt. Derrik's wolf was also present at his side. It was an all black wolf with a white star shaped mark on its head. Its name was respectfully Orion. He was the true gateway to this area.

Seeing the other guardian walking around the battle plane he called out to her. "Hey!" He then ran and caught up to her. "You look bored. What are you wondering around here for?"

"Well I have a feeling their are many more senshi that are soon to be awakened. Once again they are coming together around Juuban High. I remember watching the original senshi. But this time... I decided I would take a hands on approach. I got myself a job at the school." He laughed at the thought of teaching. He was ageless and he knew quite a bit about the earth's history.

"I would suggest you get a job as well. We need to keep an eye out on them. If their are several unawakened senshi gathering, the predators are soon to join as well."

Orion began to rub against Melon as she pet him.

"The arcade? That will be a great place to look for the Senshi. Teenagers pour their hearts and souls into video games. And at the school they pour into their work. Hopefully we can find them and train them in a speedy manor." He looked down to Orion that was enjoying the affection of melon Senshi.

Orion saw the ball being thrown, and a pair of feathery wings, that were as dark as his coat, seemed to rip from his body, and he took flight after the ball, catching it before it even landed on the ground.

"I don't know. But if more senshi are slowly awakening their is good cause for it. Something big is to happen. I can feel it. I just hope what ever it may be doesnt happen soon. We have to prepare the senshi. That is our goal, or duty, that is what we are destined to do." He looked to the sky, it was mostly all dark. They didn't have stars. They were in the stars, so it was harder to find them in the night sky, the eternal night sky.

"As do I. I am kind of looking forward to it. Its a new change for me." He looked into her eyes and then back down to Orion who was chewing on the ball that was just thrown. "We will need to be on a lookout. You think anything will happen right away?"

"Well you do have a younger image than I to begin with." Derrik closed his eyes, and his clothes began to glow as the distorted forming a new outfit. He was now a teacher. He wore khaki pants, casual dress shoes, a white button up shirt and a black tie.

"How do they wear these things." Derrik said as he started to roll up his sleeves, loosen his tie, and unbutton the first two buttons of his shirt." Well if your ready my lady." He then looked over to Orion who stopped playing his game, and suddenly took on a look of seriousness.

The wolf walked over. and stood between them. Derrik grabbed hold of Mei's hand, making a ring with their arms. The wolf looked up and howled loudly. His eyes began to glow as the start on his forehead became visable and shot a ray of light into the air. The light grew and engulfed all three of them.

When the light subsided, they were now standing in an empty apartment, completely furnished with everything would need. Orion's whole body was black, his wings gone, and his star absent.

Derrik looked to Mei. "Well Mrs. Longwood, how do you like your new home?" He smirked as he said this. They were under cover as a happily married couple. They knew each other well enough to pull the illusion off, and the small dog at their feet, had blended into the illusion.

Derrik looked down to the small dog picking him up. "Well Orion, I must say transforming yourself into a small terrier was a nice touch."
