my reason is because i am starting to have health issues because of my weight and need motivation

breakfast- ceral, and grape juice( school food)
lunch- small cheeseburger and about 7-9 fries (school food)
dinner grilled chicken salad

activites

1/2 hour playing tennis

Well I havent lost any weight but ive been trying to get 30 mins of walking everyday with my dog.

School's been blaa so its hard to get exerise and eating habits under control.
