Welcome to the center of education... This is, as I'm sure you've already deducted, where you will progress in your education of the Kalohl, how to summon them, as well as how to control them. Mostly you're free to educate and practice on your own, as I'm far too busy to hand feed you the entire way... Though if you have questions or need assistance.. I might be willing to help you for the right price.. Knowledge is my currency of choice however."

Discovered Ranks
Savage- Kalohl that are half beast and half human. They tend to touch close to their animalistic nature, and sometimes even refuse to use proper languages.
Overlord- Kalohl in the form of humans, but in all reality are ghastly, beastly, creatures of high power. They don't tend to get along very well with some of the lesser ranks.
It seems the rest of the ranks are still under lock and key until one has been summoned.

Books
- Dredgubotch: The seven alter existances.
Dredgubotch is constructed of seven alter existences, or rather what you humans call the seven layers of hell. Each alter existence being more harsh and twisted then the next. Upon tapping into Dredgubotch via the gates, one takes a great risk each time upon which alter existence they're actually opening up, the deeper you go, the higher the risk and power of the forth coming Kalohl. Keep in mind that there are always those exceptions to the rules within this world of chaos. Often times humans will assume that only the most powerful of demons would exist in the seventh alter existence, however, all ranks can be found through out all seven alter existences. Simply put, survival is the only law, and often times you can find some of the weakest Kalohl thriving in the most horrible ways within the seventh alter existence. In turn, you can find some of the strongest demons in the first alter existence, simply there to bully and lord over those of lesser power.
- Halusios: The alter powers.
Halusios are what humans would consider leaders. Each alter existence holding it's own Halusios which rule and terrorize as they see fit. Often times they are the most powerful within the alter existence, wether it be to influence, strength, magic, or money, they hold the most sway and are rarely crossed. Be that as it may, Halusios are the most sought after titles in Dredgubotch and the most leathal to carry, as one slip and it would mean the end of both the Kalohl's title and life. There has never been a constant track for those in the Halusios positions, as they never last long, nor would it be worth the effort to update on a constant basis. Needless to say, there have only been three Halusios who have held their title over the ages. The three have only maintained for so long by supporting one another in their various alter existences, causing a great deal of fear in any who would try to take their titles. Athiz, the Halusios of the seventh alter existence is the most feared and ruthless of the three. Naiya the Halusios of the sixth, holds her rule with seduction and wealth. Finally there is Jonas, Halusios of the fifth, and oddly enough a fallen angel.
- The Forgotten.
The Forgotten, are in fact, the exact opposite. Not a single Kalohl in their right mind would ever forget these fiends. They were in the end called the Forgotten, because their names were never to be spoken, nor written, and would end with a quick death to any who broke the rule. They are some of the most powerful Kalohl that have ever been in existence, and feared by all that walked their path. They formed a pact and sought to end the existence of everything that had substance.. A hate so powerful that even those marked in wrath had no comparison. They began to raise an army and thus the War of Suffering came to be. In their end, the seven Halusios stood together with their most faithful of soldiers and servants, sealing the twisted demons, their final whispered words ending with their own deaths. This was the time Athiz took the title within the seventh existence and has ruled it ever since.
- The War of Suffering
As mentioned in the book 'The Forgotten', the War of Suffering was one of the most horrific within the history of Kalohl. The Forgotten, as they were titled, began as some of the weakest demons within the seven alter existences.. Many argue that had they been treated better, the war would have never came to be, but others say that it was far to late the day they even began their existence. They began by taking smaller demons and forcing them into fusions, making themselves stronger each time, using any failed results to further their cause as soldiers in their coming war. Their power grew, and thus the Halusios of that time began to prepare and worry over their own positions, all in the mind they would be attacked for the title alone... That wasn't their plan however.. They later formed a massive army of both failures, followers both human and Kalohl, as well as their own creations and tools of war. Their goal was absolute destruction. Millions died in their rise to power, and millions more followed as the battles began.. Halusios, leading their armies under the notion to protect themselves, soon found their followers wiped out under the massive onslaught. The war raged on such a level that even the divine took notice, and sent their own armies into the seven alter existences to end the mass destruction that threatened to enter all the other worlds. Eight armies, none being smart enough to trust the other for the same goal, until it was too late. A single angel stood up against the Forgotten armies along side a Kalohl general who we all know now as Jonas and Athiz. They proposed a sealing of the Forgotten, and were welcomed by the seven Halusios, desperate for any answer or aid. The seven Halusios then gathered and took the lives of their remaining servants to begin their own spells and rituals, which in turn ended their lives with the final whispered words. The War was ended and the world of Dredgubotch was thrown into a suffering chaos.
- The Divine War.
After the War of Suffering(Further information within the book "War of Suffering), the Divine took action upon the Kalohl using their weakened state to attempt their ultimate destruction. They had cast out Jonas for joining with the demons, calling him a fallen among his people, as well as any who had followed after him. Jonas was left to die in this world of demons that had saved the existence of all things, and at this he was both humbled and honored. He stood by Athiz and the newly titled Naiya, raising what little armies they could between the Kalohl and the fallen angels, battered and tired from the long war against the Forgotten. The demonic forces washed over the armies of the Divine with a horrific efficiency, that not even the leaders of the Divine armies had time to flee the fields. The angels had been ill prepared, over estimating the broken armies of the Kalohl, and were even more horrified at the fact Jonas and his fallen kin had so willingly joined them in this battle. The horror was so great for the Divine that they then pleaded for their lives, begging of their gods to save them, and their pleas were answered. Naiya in the form of an angel went to the Divine commanders and offered them salvation, leading them away from their armies in the dark of night, thinking only to save themselves. The hopeful gazes shattered like glass, when Jonas and Athiz stepped into view and presented their salvation in death.
- The first Alter Existence.
In retrospect, the first alter existence is much like a very large city in the human world. Always shrouded in darkness, and always pouring in black rain. This existence is ruled mostly by money rather then strength or power, as few greater ranks dirty themselves by walking it's broken streets. Those marked in Greed always manage to find their way there, however, no matter what rank they may be. Generally the ruling Halusios buys his or her way into the position, which in turn causes an eternal rat race for the most money, items, or recognition. They tend to deal on a large basis with the third alter existence, trading vast amounts of weapons and goods to fuel the wars that rage non-stop. They even go as far as selling off the weaker ranks for slave labor to any existence that shows enough riches. On a side note, rumor has it that two of the Kalohl here in the chambers came from this place. Draab and Iption, who now run the registration office and bar. It was said Draab was sold off to the Master on one of his ventures into the dark depths of the gates. Iption had recently lost one of his arms in a gamble he'd lost, and was on the verge of death until he was taken in.
- The Second Alter Existence.
The second is a large reason why most of higher rank never go to the first. The air is polluted with the scent of blood and rotting corpses, though one would truly be hard pressed to find a single corpse. The lowest ranks marked in Gluttony tend to wander it's expanse, feeding off the dead dumped their from the third alter existence. It's workings are tribal at best, and it seems to work on the theory of 'eat or be eaten', calling all those from the third 'gods' for bringing them food. Rumor has it the last Halusios of the third is now working here in the chambers though I(luckily) haven't seen him, though from what Ssayi has said, Deloof isn't worth knowing. How the Master and Mistress can even stand him or need him is beyond me.
- The Third Alter Existence.
The third alter existence is a complete and utter annoyance. There are, in fact, three Halusios that rule the frozen reaches, each claiming they alone are the true Halusios. Wars are never ending, which tends to draw many of the marks, all for their various reasons. They usually buy slaves from the first existence, which they use to haul the corpses to the second on their way back to the first to make weapon trades as well as other goods. The three Halusios never seem to last long, always ending up dead to either the hands of their enemies, or their own troops. Needless to say, not many care to go through the third that aren't already there.
- The Fourth Alter Existence.
The fourth is militant, stuck up, and boring. Day in and day out they repetitively run their existence in the paranoid theory that the third existence will find a Halusios and begin an invasion to the lower existences. This existence is the closest thing to order within all of Dredgubotch, as it's security and paranoia make it so. Each gate requires 4 different types of clearance, and two additional forms when through the gate. Sadly enough my tin-cased brother Hedium was from this dreadful existence, and now runs the security and reconstruction here within the chambers. Last I heard Borig, who now runs the ruling theater, was also from these militant ranks.
- The Fifth Alter Existence.
Jonas is the ruling Halusios of this existence, and has been ever since the end of the Divine War. A fallen angel, and power that none has ever dared to cross. Most of his fallen kin have gathered within this existence, trying in vain to alter it into some form of glory, perhaps to recreate their home. Their attempts are always ruined, however, but most of the existing gangs that had already called it home, and the on going battle has continued for ages to snuff them out and claim it as their own. Any attempt on Jonas himself has only ever been whispered, as he has the backing of both Athiz and Naiya of the sixth and seventh. Jonas was marked in pride by his kin upon his falling. Ssayi and Donnor both came from this existence at the persuasion of the Master and Mistress.
- The Sixth Alter Existence.
The Sixth is ruled by Naiya, and by all means, was the best of all of alter existences with no question. It was like a pub with no exit.. Needless to say, lust, gluttony, and sloth were the dominant marks, and Naiya wouldn't have it any other way. Naiya has managed to hold her title over the ages with nothing but her seductive habits and the backing of Jonas and Athiz, though many have still tried to rob her of the title. With every attempt at her life, it seems she always gains another slave to her guile and charm. Hieyana, who runs the summoner's shop, Riely who tends and runs the gardens, and myself, all came from this layer. Though I don't know how they others came.. I on the other hand was wrongfully tricked by the Master, and deceived so horribly that the very thought sends shocks of anger through my very being. I was tricked into a gamble... He neglected to tell me I would have to win the race..
- The Seventh Alter Existence.
The Seventh is ruled by Athiz, and has been challenged countless times, and has always failed with a brutal death. The Seventh is a city of sorts, though the very ground seems to exude death and sorrow, causing any of lesser rank to shrivel and die if not properly treated regularly. The strongest of all ranks gather here, as it holds both the seal of the Forgotten, and the arena. Athiz and his iron grip has gone for so long, so easily because of the arena, which holds a great number of battles and deaths daily. The Seventh is also home to the only chamber of fusing, as all others have long since been destroyed after the War of Suffering, to prevent any repeat in history. Gradial, who runs the fusing chamber here, was originally meant to work for Athiz in their chamber, but was cast out due to his constant taunting and "doom-sayer" attitude, labeled unfit for such a position. Rumor has it Kira, and that creepy Dusk, were both recently summoned from the Seventh as well.
- Kalohl Affinity.
All Kalohl's have affinity to certain things and certain elements, some of which are very unique, and others which are very, very common. A summoning goes as this: A summoner focuses on a pentagram which will be used as the gate. Candles are set at each star point to focus on a given attitude, be it white or black in spectrum. Five objects are then chosen to attract various affinities, be it gender, rank, or degree. Choosing more then one of any given object would in turn create a higher affinity towards that object, and thus summon a Kalohl closer to that type. Granted, it's all hit and miss, given the ability and skill of the summoner. Lastly, the scroll. A scroll is the prime in any summoning, as it dictates the strength, accuracy, and power of the ritual. Some even require certain objects to be used, as they are made to summon an exact type.
- The Mark's Burden.
The Mark is something all who exist within Dredgubotch bare, and label them for their final sin that placed them there. The Mark in itself is almost a curse of sorts.. It prevents a Kalohl from doing anything aside from surviving, disabling them from any abilities, skills, powers, or talents. The Kalohl have long since over come that however, via use of gems fueled for specific tasks. They all have their side effects, but it's a price well worth the rewards when living in such a place. Some Kalohl have been known to withstand the power of more then just three gems, though that has been very rare, and most times it was only accomplished after fusing. Most Kalohl try to hide their marks, as it often times hints too much about them.
- Dredgubotch: The seven alter existances.
Dredgubotch is constructed of seven alter existences, or rather what you humans call the seven layers of hell. Each alter existence being more harsh and twisted then the next.
