This is not a safe place. Traveling on foot means that you will encounter enemies for sure. Roll for a single monster check on the Streets table.

Those loathsome people... He had been so close, so close to his goal... But now his goal was nowhere in sight, he didn't even know where he was...
Mitsotsu took a moment to move his hair out of his eyes with the small silver wings that adorned his head, the red glow of his eyes scanning the area around him. It was dark at least, that much he was thankful for. Some would think it was strange for an individual who had no idea where he was to be thankful for it to be dark everywhere, but this was his element, or at least it had been...
He was at the dead end of an alley, and after a few more moments of pause, he found his only action to take was to peak out and see what he could see. Normally he would take to every shadow along the way, but something about the spell that had sent him here seemed to have inhibited his sneaking ability, and he just walked out, oblivious to any danger...

Mitsotsu startled as he came around the corner, attempting to dive back into the shadows. Only a few feet down the street underneath a forlorn streetlight was a creature that made Mitsotsu's stomach turn. A mass of blood and flesh and a few other things that he didn't want to think about, he held his breath against the alley's wall. This never would have happened to him in his former state, but now Mitsotsu could only hope that the creature hadn't saw him...

Mitsotsu sighed as he heard the mass of flesh move in the opposite direction of his position. Sliding down the wall into a sitting position, he caught his breath, knowing that his next exit from this alley would have to be much more thought out.
Taking another peak out of the alley, he sees a building attatched to what could only be a castle of some sort. While thinking out whether or not it would be safe to move towards that way, he sees a random person run out of the building with a bunch of books in tow and leaving the door slightly ajar. So the place was a library, and, seeming a safe enough place as any in this new area, Mitsotsu decides to make a run for the door, making sure to stay in shadows at least most of the time this time around. Making it too the door safely, he nudges the his way inside the still open door as quietly as he can.
