Outfit
He wears a red and black kimono that extends past his hands and down along his ankles, with black thin steel armor in the inside and gray braces on his wrist and waist. He also wears semi-baggy dark crimson pants that are tucked into his black army boots. He also wears a pair of red-tinted jazz sunglasses. In addition, he wears a pair of black gloves and has 3 rings with unusual symbols inscribed on it on his left hand. On the back of his kimono is a mid-size design of a dream catcher, inscribed with gold.
Weapon of Choice
He welds a buster sword of an unusual design. The blade is made up of a tri-helix of metal blades of sea green, purple, and firebrick, woven in and out of each other. The hilt of the sword is protected with a huge scaled black plate with several other similar plates on the inside curving downward toward the blade. Each plate on the inside is a lighter shade of gray, till the last plate is totally white. The handle has been wrapped around with strips of black leather that dangle in the wind. Finally the end of the sword has a dark orange crescent moon on it. In its entirety the sword looks more like a piece of artwork than a weapon.
The sword itself is quite powerful. It possesses a strange energy thats capable of summoning a long golden fire dragon from its blade, thus changing the weapon from a buster sword to a huge long whip. The dragon itself is capable of extending its reach infinitely, blocking most magical and energy attacks, and can pierce solid steel. Plus, it can be summoned at any time.
Important Facts
This samurai is a dream entity. He is the essence of the fantasy realm made real. The only way he is able to survive in reality is by living off of people's dream energy, which he calls ideya orbs. However, every day just by existing he uses a little bit of this energy. Using his special abilities requires even more orbs. That is why every so often he's forced to feed off of the ideya orbs of living beings. Even dreams need energy from their dreamers to live. Without it they fade from existence. Unfortunately, his victims often end up in a coma after he's done. Therefore, as an act of mercy, he usually ends up killing the victim, rather than letting them remain in this lifeless state. In addition, he generally searches for criminals to be his victims, rather than innocent people.
Special Abilities
The samurai draws his abilities from the special dream orbs of his original dreamer, Cory. There are five dream orbs, each containing the power of an emotion and each giving him a different ability.
Yellow (hope) - this dream orb gives him super jumping capabilities. With this power, he can jump from building to building and give himself a sort of puedo-super speed by lundging toward his opponent. This power is stored in his legs.
Green (wisdom) - this dream orb gives him a sixth sense ability. He can feel the dream energy of other living beings around him and sense danger when it approaches, kinda like a spidey sense. This power is stored in his mind
Blue (intelligence) - this dream orb allows him to modify his appearance completely from his clothes, skin color, hair, eyes, sex, age, everything (except for his aura, it remains the same). This power is stored in his chest.
White (purity) - this dream orb is very special. It acts like an energy transfer module that can either absorb other people's dream energy or give it to them. Unfortunately, it is much easier to take than give. The samurai has yet to learn how to completely control this power. As a result, he often absorbs all the dream energy of a victim, rather than just a small amount. Yet, giving his power to someone else is much easier to control, but harder to do. In addition, when the samurai gives his dream energy to someone, that person often experiences varied effects (heightened abilities, new powers, special abilities, etc.) However, the effects are often temporary, depending on how much energy was donated. This power is stored in his left hand.
Red (bravery) - this dream orb manifests itself as a sword capable of releasing unbelievable power in the form of a golden fire dragon. Its his primary weapon. This power is stored in his right hand.
Background
The only memories that the samurai has are those he shared with his dreamer, a young boy of 8 years-old by the name of Cory. The samurai was his imaginary friend, and they shared many wonderful memories together. Now he's ended up in the real world and where Cory is now, he knows not. Fortunately, he does know that Cory is still alive, otherwise he wouldn't exist anymore. However, he is probably in a coma, otherwise the samurai would fade back into Cory's subconscious. Therefore, his mission in life is to find his dreamer and determine how he ended up in the real world in the first place.
Personality
The samurai is very much the lone wolf. He prefers not to mix with other people because he doesn't want them to get involved. Being forced to suck the life from so many people, he carries around a lot of stored up guilt and anguish. Yet, he feels like he has to live and these sacrifices, as terrible as they are, are necessary. When he is around people, he's often quiet and quite shy. However, the samurai does possess a strong sense of justice, that often gets him into trouble.
