I need some help I have some pictures I drew, but the problem is that I don't have photo shop or any program that can colour them. So I'm looking for someone who knows how to operate such a program.

Well I think that rp died that that character was in so unless its coloured I don't need it. Right now I would like this one coloured you've seen Escaflowne right well I want the cloths done the same colour of Van's, the hair is Blond and the eyes are blue and the tail the same colour of the hair.

Just so I have the colors straight- Blue eyes, blonde hair and tail, red vest, tan pants, brown gloves. Just a light tan skin tone, then?
