Id like to make a dagger, a robe, and a few other things for doing my rituals and such...anyone know how to get ahold of proper materials without raising questions? also, how to properly put it all together...im not much a craftsman....

I know you can get a pattern and fabric for a robe at walmart or a fabric store. All the robe would require is for you to sew it prefably with a sewing machine. It isn't that hard to sew off of a pattern. As for a dagger I have no idea.

I made my first Atheme or dagger out of wood, and my second out of wolf bone. The wooden one all it takes is alot of whittling and cut fingers xd and for the bone one it was a bit harder, it took maybe 5 days to make first I had to get it as of where I couldnt tell you I hunter down myn. Anyway you gotta get the lenght for the blade and cut the bone upp with a bone saw. then sand it down to what you want, thats what I did. But I recomend a bought one from a pagan shop there sure to have one they can get pricy but therew worth it.

The thing with gear is that it has to be individual to who you are, so I can't really tell you what is good to get much 'cept to check pawn shops and thrift stores. A lot of people get the idea that it has to be new and shiny and coast 400$, which is not true.

www.littlemysteries.com has a great selecction of wiccan and pagan tools and crystals and almost everything else! they have Athames and Bollines at fairly good prices, and are mailed to your house if you don't live with in driving distance of Halifax Nova Scotia.

Although there is no rule saying it can't be shiny... >.>
I luffles the shiny stuff. ^_^
Anyway, I find that it's good to make a lot of things, not only does this make it individual for you, a real one of a kind, but it also tends to tune it with your energy well during the making process. ^_^
