is not that they made a mistake. Really this goes for any mistake, but I've noticed it most when people post in the ED instead of chatterbox, GD, music, etc.
They are asses about it. As soon as you let them know they made a mistake, they go on about how uptight you are, and how mean the whole ED is. O_O
Then they ask why we care...
When I made mistakes, I said sorry. I know most other people did too. What the hell happened? crying crying

 Add that to today's attitude of "It's not my fault, now let me ******** sue someone" and you'll have your answer. Of course, the flamers really don't help the situation at all either...

Well, they get confused and/or bored and just click the first forum they find and spam it. Or they don't understand the purposes of the stickies and the forum itself and post hoping it'll get a discussion.

We should force newbies to read the stickies in all of the forums when they take that 'new user quest' thingy.

That picture never fails to make me laugh.
And, I like the idea about the stickies. Maybe quiz them on it too?

using namespace std; int main () { Non, just make users pay a 2,000g annual fee for use of the Extended Discussion. Yeah, it would prevent newer, potentially intellectual members from posting for a while, but it would entirely eliminate spam and trolling.return 0; }

It would be about 10g for the chatterbox.
20 for the GD.
1000 for site feedback...

It annoy's me when you try to help someone and they give you grief back. More Mods would be helpful. They need to start looking for additional member requests for moderator.
