I hate people. Interaction with other human beings just bothers me. But, with the job I have, customer service is a must. This has taken a little bit of the edge off of talking to the idiots of the world. However, I still reserve myself. I say as little as possible.
Eye contact is important. In western culture, it means you're honest and you're listening.
Eye contact and saying nothing drives people away. Some women will think you're some kind of person in need and try to "help you out" by talking to you. But, soon they will give up.
However, eye contact and saying just a little seems to drive women wild. This has been my expirience over the last few months. Any girl that I talk to in any kind of depth jsut assumes we're friends. Wich is okay, because I don't really care. But, if you don't get to a point where they think you're relaxed around them, it seems to turn them on. Since I started talking just a little bit, i get lots of flirting coming my way. Some times by hot girls, sometimes by women. A few times by middle aged women (Wich is weird. They were hot so it wasn't gross, but still weird. Makes me wonder if there is something wrong with them...)
So, how do you attract people? Did you come upon this with practice or by accident? How often does it work?

I have no idea how people are attracted to me.
I'm sort of a quiet person too but I'm not shy. People that I've never talked to or even noticed have ask me out... so I guess they just like what they see? Though I don't really think I'm hot or anything. stare

You're very right. Women are generally attracted to mysterious men, and by not saying much at all (+ being rather attractive yourself...) it's easy to become a regular babe-magnet.
Me? I don't attract people. I'm closed off and rather judemental. I don't attempt to attract people, and therefore I do not. At least, not to my knowledge. I dislike most people. Especially ones who cannot think for themselves or carry on a decent conversation. Talking little is one thing, and useful if what you do say is important. But talking a lot and making a general a** out of yourself...you'll easily earn my disrespect.
Anyway, the middle aged women thing... very creepy. Carry pepper -spray... or a gun..

And the voice from the dark called I think is is the whole mysterious quiet type because I seem to get the same thing, I also have a similar job, customer relations, But also when socialising, If you seem to listen to them, girls like you more, as a sign of listening is shutting up, then the two go together
Alternatively you might just look irresistable. Though if you only attract middle aged women then I'd worry.

Sadly enough, the whole, girls only like guys who are jerks thing has been proven to me. I act like an a** and make fun of them and they seem to like it. I mean they act like they're pissed at first, but then they start talking, and flirting with ya more often than if you were to be a nice gentleman.
Even so, I can't hep but be nice most of the time.

I'm attracted to girls because i mostly know them.
I start a conversation with them but dont look at them straight in the eye, i dont like looking into the eye, it seem wierd in some way.
