Altruism in the Alter Ego

Since Ho Chi Minh derived his communstic style from both Nationlism and Maoism would Minh be considered a Maoist or would he go under a seprate section? Or does he not couont since he died before Veitnam was unified?

I'd consider him a Maoist, but there was a great rift between Vietnam and China in the Sino-Soviet Split. I think he looked to Mao most so he was idealogicly maoist but he relied on the military support of the SU more.
