Have your parents ever encourage you to cosplay outside of an anime convention and Halloween? If so, what was it that they suggested you wear, and where did they suggest you wear it to?
Well mine I found rather amusing. As you know, I have my blue lolita outfit for the convention, and my mother actually suggested wearing it to school on the first day. We were joking around after she agreed I could wear it to some family event(Since it's a good dress to wear, and I now have accesories to make it look better) and blirted out, "You should wear it the first day of school! You'd look so cute! Now, at fist I thought she was strictly kidding, and laughed a bit. Though she looked over at me and said, "I'm serious! I want you to wear it the first day of school. It's better then those boyish clothes you wear!" I personally think my mother has gone insane, really. ._.
Anywho, share what your parents suggest!

Actually, no...they're embarrassed to be seen with me in public when I'm cosplaying. xD
It makes me laugh and hang around them, calling them "Mommy" and "Daddy" >:3

Haha nice! My mom said i should wear my lulu costume to homecoming! I was like gonk cause 1 its really hard to move in and 2 i would get many funny looks!

My parents don't really say anything about it, I say, "Hey momma i think i'm gonna go cosplaying around town with some friends." and she says "Just don't make anyone think you're a terrorist." lol

Be ready for a lot of adjustments, though...I'm tiny, even for a girl.

My moms amazing, at cons she wont cosplay, but she will wear cat ears and take pics with characters. xd

My parents don't really care as long as I keep a little bit of my sanity. I cosplay A LOT! So I'm glad they accept it.
