My favourite writer (fantasy) is J.R.R. Tolkien. I also like J.K. Rowling. I love detective stories by Agatha Christie and I really enjoyed reading Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. I may come up with some others later.
As we live in the same country, V, you know that our writers must have a second job to earn enough money, so NO, our writers cannot live only from writing.
I'm imagining it almost all the time. I love writing. You made me love RPing and I certainly can imagine me being a writer. cool

Oh hun, you must be bored outta hell. You should read Stephenie Meyer. Go Twilight. Go Twilight. Go Twilight. *does a fangirl dance* Either that or... let's see.... Tamora Pierce and.... dangit... what was his name.... D.J. MacHale!! He wrote the Pendragon Series. I've only read the first two books, but they were KILLER!!!
Oh. And you could never forget the super-genious, Eoin Colfer. *another fangirl dance* Atry is smexy. xd

I heard about Twillight, my good friend fell in love with this book. I haven't read it yet. Have to read French books now.
Pendragon... well I read Arthur's saga, but from Mary Stewart. If you know her.
I love Tolkien, Lewis and then few French.

Twilight is the greatest book of all time. It's up there with Harry Potter and Eragon (also a good book).
Pendragon isn't about King Arthur. It's about a boy named Bobby Pendragon. I can't rreally say much, because it gives too much away, but I'll tell you that he alternates between first and third person. It's amazing how he does it, and it works well for the book.

Cool, maybe I try it. Well the surname turned me wrong way, I thought about King Pendragon, father of Arthur, king of the Britons. smile This sounds interesting also.

I know. I thought it sounded like Arthur and the knights when I first heard of it, but trust me, it's really good.

I read a lot of Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe, anything about fairies. I'll try anything once, so if anyone has any suggestions let me know by posting them on my profile in the comments, or pm me.
