Today I finally start losing weight!.....I hope sweatdrop
Starting Weight: 163 lbs Current Weight: 160 lbs Goal Weight: 130 lbs Weight Lost: 3 lbs
I've been exercising and dieting for a week but haven't lost anything. So i decided to officially start by putting up one of these weight journal things. Tips and encouragement are loved! heart
The calorie counting and exercise log starts tomorrow since I didn't know I'd be starting this today and don't remember what I ate today. I know it wasn't much because I'm starving....maybe I should stop the anorexia....

Breakfast: one piece of toast w/ peanut butter and one small glass of soy milk - 320 calories
Lunch: 1/2 can of corn and a soy burger with lettuce - 447 calories
Dinner: Ramen (oriental flavor) with broccoli - 410 calories
Total calories: 1177
Exercise: 20 minute walk in woods, 8 minutes of ab workouts, 1 minute of push ups

Breakfast: tomato - 22 calories
Lunch: diet pepsi and an apple - 72 calories
Dinner: pasta salad and some peanuts w/ candy corn - 884 calories
Snack: cherry tomatoes - 35 calories
Total calories: 1013
Exercise: 1 hour mowing my grandpa's lawn on a riding mower and 10 minutes of walking/jogging

Dinner: skipped
Total calories: about 800
Exercise: none sweatdrop

Breakfast: bowl of pasta salad - 200 calories
Lunch: diet pepsi and a wrap (5 slices of fake ham, lettuce, tomato, wheat tortilla) - 264 calories
Dinner: Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice; raisin bran cereal with soy milk - 455 calories
Total calories: 919
Exercise: 30 minutes of walking

Yesterday
Breakfast: pasta salad - 200 calories
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: Chinese food (white rice, tofu, broccoli, carrots, brown sauce) - about 800 calories Total calories: about 1000
Exercise: 7 minutes of ab workouts and 1 minute of pushups
Today
Breakfast: ramen (oriental flavor) - 400 calories
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: chips and salsa - about 400 calories
Total calories: about 800
Exercise: playing water tag with my youth group
