The referee has entered the arena. Combatants, please feel free to post you entrance comments. Once both have posted, we will begin the battle. This battle will take place as best possible to suit the needs of the combatants.

From the other side of the clearing the the forest, a young man in tattered, oversized robes enters. He leans gently upon a quarterstaff in his left hand, and holds a leather-brown tome, with golden writting on it, in his right hand. His medium length hair swayed lightly in the wind. He slowly walked to the clearing, and bowed low, smiling lightly at Yuya. "Hello. I am here, and I appologise for the delay."

Simirta begins to chant softly, the staff turning into a crystaline flute, and the book in his hands transforming into wings. He grows a few inches taller, and quickly plays a soft tune in the flute, blue energy channeling inside the crystal.
He then waves his hands, as the attack comes, and conjurers a small shield of ice in front of him.

Simirta groaned as the attacked connected, shattering the shield, and hitting Simirta in the chest. Wincing in pain, he leaps into the air, bringing the flute to his lips, and slowly playing a tune from the crystal cylinder. A sort of shadowy-purple energy fills the flute, the energy filling the flute, and swirling over his fingers, and the instrument.
He overed up and down in the air, playing the music softly, floating in the sky. The music began to increase, the notes faster, and the energy began to coarse around Simirta. As the energy floated around him, it started leaving trails, condensing in many small spots around his head. Each slowly formed a sharp, deadly point, the energy pouring out of the flute.
As the last of the energy left the fute, the last of the blades formed, and Simirta opened his eyes, ending his music on a high-pitched note, the blades suddenly launching away from Sim, aimed directly at his target.

simirta flew higher into the air, playing his flute, channeling a light blue energy into the crystaline device. As the energy charged through the musical instrument, Simirta conitnued to soar, higher and higher into the sky. The blue of the flute darkened, as the music slowed, and deepened. Then Simirta stopped playing, still holding the flute in the ready pusition, and the energy began to solidify. He suddenly played a high pitch tone, his fingers dancing near the front of the instrument. The blue smoke poured from the end of the flute, and began to coat his right hand. The energy darkened more, forming at first what looked like an ice glove. Simirta ceased playing once again, pulling his hand from the flute, and the smoke conitnued, untill he had a long, sharp ice blade. The mage then flipped over in the sky, closed his wings, and began to plumet towards the earth.
The wind whipped through his feathers, and his hair, blowing out behind him. Nearer the earth came, threatening to reach up and draw Simirta into it. At just the right moment, Simirta opened his wings, catching the surrounding air in them, and raced along the ground, flying towards Yuya at super-sonic speeds, the blade of ice in front of him, like a deadly spear.

I do a front flip and lands near you dodging most of the blows then trys to block some more.

(( I'd like to request a disqualification on xXx-Death_God_Kira-xXx. His last post took nearly 3 days, and it's going on at least 2 for this one. I've leveled up, and entered a new die bracket in the time it takes xXx-Death_God_Kira-xXx to post. Call it a draw!!!! ))
