Elves

Light Elves
Light elves are elves that come from the three elements of light, water, and earth. They believe that life is free. Most light elves have relatively pale skin, but some have a darker skin tone. Most light elves keep their hair long, and wear clothing that is easy to move in. Although light elves are very beautiful, they do not seem to notice it. How they appear is just a image for them. Light elves age 1 year for every 7 years.

Dark Elves
Dark elves, sometimes called drow, are elves that come from the three elements of dark, fire, and air. They believe that life is limited. Most dark elves have a dark or silvery skin color. Their hair is usually cut short or to a mid-length. Their clothes consist of anything that they think looks nice. Dark elves are relatively nasty and beautiful creatures. Their strong beauty raises their egos, making them believe they can do as they like, whenever they like. Dark elves age 1 year for every 5 years.

Humans

Humans
Humans are very complicated and yet simple creatures. You can never tell what a human is thinking or how they will act. A basic human is not born with any special abilities but some are able to learn and even master a wide variety of abilities. Just about every human looks and thinks differently, so it is hard to put limitations or generalizations on their character.

Orcs

Orcs
Orcs are very quiet creatures. They usually keep to themselves, but due to all the chaos, Orcs are being forced to fight. Some don't care who wins as long as they can go back to their lives. Most orcs don't wear much clothing other then what they need to cover their private areas. They are quite often a strong race, although they are considered dirty. Some are very nice and some are quite nasty.

Fairies
{Please note that the fairy's birth element is not always the same as their parents, and all fairies have the ability to heal using their element. Also, all fairies age slower then humans - 1 fairy year equals 3 human years.}

Fire Fairies
Fire Fairies are buggy little things. They are the shortest of the fairies ranging up to 4' 6", and they have the hottest tempers. They also have the ability to control fire, thus the fiery personality.

Water Fairies
Water fairies are sweet and helpful. They are the middle group of fairies ranging up to 5' 6", and most don't mind they're height. Their ability to control water can help them a lot, but it also makes they very weak against fire.

Earth Fairies
Earth fairies are kind and cruel. They are the tallest of the fairies, reaching heights of 6' 10", and sometimes it gets to their heads. When they go through emotions quickly they begin to effect the lands around them, causing the land to seem like it's enjoying a different season.

Air Fairies
Air Fairies are calm and collected. They are in the middle with heights only to about 6'. They are free creatures and tend to be quite happy. They try to keep their emotions in check, but every once in a while they do lose control and create a hurricane or two. Everyone can't be perfect you know.

Dark Fairies
Dark Fairies are mean and calm. They are pranksters and brilliant planners. They are the second tallest race reaching 6' 5". They like to play tricks on people, but make sure to plan them very carefully so no one can tell night from day, never mind actually catching them.

Light Fairies
Light Fairies are a very clumsy people. They are the second shortest at 5' 3" and it gets them into trouble. They are always falling and always complaining about being short. Although they are very bright and very smart, somehow their height out shines their light.


Pixies
Small creatures averaging 3", pixies are a playful race. Brightly colored, hyperactive and outspoken. It is common for them to love to dance and sing. They are lazy though, and would have nothing but play. They find it hard to concentrate on something for a long time. But, like all races, they have their exceptions.


Brownies
A farm fairy, Brownies love to work. They do what is needed and don't expect anything in return. Smart creatures, they know the best way to get something done. This race averages out to approximately 2'.

Ents
These beings are the guardians of the forest. Large tree-like creature as they are, they live long lives and can get to shockingly large heights. They tend to be very intellectual, pacifistic creatures who always think of the long term.

Hobgoblins
Another form of sprites, these fairies are obsessed with all manner of trickery. From riddles to pranks, these creatures love to laugh. Appearance wise, this race look like small children, coming up to about 4'.

Nymphs
The beautiful species of the forest, the land mermaids. These sensual beings are all about seduction. They prefer forests and like to wind themselves about trees and lay in the grass. The ones belonging to this race vary enormously, the only requirement, is that they are extraordinarily beautiful.

Sprites
These fairies are more human than any other kind. They vary just as much, and are around the same height. Even their features are the same. However, they are more the simple kind of human, free of all the worry and preoccupation of their counterparts. They love to laze around and sing and dance.

Angels

Heavenly Angels
Heavenly angels are just that, they are angels born in the heavens. All heavenly angels are good, or at least have good intentions. Up until the time when they are fully trained to be angels, they have two forms: full angel form, and apprentice angel form. In full angel form they have large white wings and can fly, but in apprentice angel form they have small wings and cannot. Once they are fully trained they lose their apprentice angel form and remain a full angel.

Dark Angels
Dark angels are angels that can't help not being born in heaven. They aren't necessarily mean and evil, they were just born dark. Most are nice and just as kind as heavenly angels, but unlike heavenly angels they have black wings. Dark angels have only one form and it is like that of the fully trained heavenly angel. Often their eyes are dark colors.

Fallen Angels
Fallen angels are angels who were heavenly but damned themselves by committing a horrible sin. They are a twisted and evil race, always looking to double cross their peers, and draw them to hell. Their wings are large and black seeping with darkness. Their only form is the one they were currently inhabiting when they were thrown from heaven. The only things that don't change in their angel from when they were a heavenly angel, are their voice and/or their eyes.

Elemental Angels
An elemental angel is similar to a fairy, but larger. Elemental angels have the power to control an element. Usually the element does not change through the generations. Elemental angels are the angels of the land, this causes some to have wings and others not to. They can not change form or grow wings if they were born without wings.

Devils

White Devils
White devils are small, devious creatures. They grow up to 2ft tall and are often kept by humans who are strong enough to catch them. White devils are very strong for their size and very fast.

Red Devils
The most common of the devils. A red devil is strong and bright but they don't get the enjoyment of picking on people as the white devils. Most are gambling addicts and drunks.

Black Devils
Black Devils are very rare and very smart. They see no point in even dealing with people who aren't as smart as they are, and so they tend to only live in dark places with other black devils. Black Devils have learned how to cast magic like that of a wizard.

Demons
Demons are similar to that of a hybrid but they are not mixed. They have a very ravenous hunger and they get mad quickly and often. When they are mad, they have a bad tendency of eating incessantly. They have a very high metabolism rate so no matter how much food they consume they are quite often very fit.

Vampyres
Vampyres are a mixture between humans and bats. They appear human but they must drink blood weekly, be it animal or human. They can eat other food besides blood. Unlike most myths, vampyres are not affected by sunlight, holy water, or crosses. The only light that does have an effect on they is halogen light. They have very strong senses and most are very strong themselves. Their hair grows quickly and because of that most vampyres have long hair.

Werewolves
Werewolves are a mixture between humans and wolves; they appear human during the day and wolf during the night. Although they don't need to, many of this race likes to hunt. Changing only occurs when they are in contact with moonlight, thus they can prevent it by staying indoors. Werewolves are extremely allergic to silver, as it simulates burning when it touches their skin.

Mermaids
Mermaids are a mixture of humans and fish: they have human-like torsos and a fish-like tail. They can use a spell to give themselves legs, thus appearing human. This spell only works as long as the legs are dry. Mermaids must sleep in water or else the constant strain of maintaining the spell will drain all of their energy.

Sirens
Sirens are similar to mermaids but they are less of a hybrid. They can not change forms other then their ghostlike water forms. They have amazing singing voices and use it oftenest to draw people to them and kill them.

Nekos
Nekos are created by mixing cat and human genes. Often times their races manifest themselves as having a human body but also possessing cat ears and tail. Some also have paws like that of a cat. They can not change forms, so their ears and tails are always showing, though they may choose to hide them from time to time.

Oolongs
Oolongs are a mixture between humans and rabbits. They are similar to the neko except they have bunny ears and tail. They can not change forms either.

Centaurs
Centaurs are a mixture of humans and horses. They have the torso of a human and the body and legs of a horse. Centaurs can not change forms and are really big. Most are required to hunt due, in part, to very sensitive stomachs.

Shape-shifters
No one is sure how their existence came to be but they are the most gloriess of beings. Their bodies have a chemical make-up allowing them to be able to change shapes as they will.

Shape-shifters
No one is sure how their existanct came to be but they are the most gloriess of beings. Their bodies have a chemical make-up allowing them to be able to change shapes as they will to any livng creature that they know of. When they are first born they do not know how to control their powers, and often shift into to many diffrent shapes within a matter a seconds. They must be properly trained to control their powers at a very early age.To have this abbilite they must have pure blood. So for example if you have one ancestor that is not a shapeshifter, no matter how far back they are you would not be able to shift. They have an infinate lifespan, for when they shift the aquire the lifespan of the form they are in, so as long as they shift before that reature dies they can technically live forever.

Dwarves
All dwarves have an extended life span – one dwarf year is equal to three and a half human years.

Mountain Dwarves
These dwarves are considered the “main branch” of the dwarven race, for both hill and dark dwarves were, at one point in time, mountain dwarves. Mountain dwarves find their homes inside of mountains or other “rocky” areas, and are considered the most brilliant stoneworkers in the world. Often arrogant, mountain dwarves consider their beards as sacred, the longer, the better. Unlike hill dwarves, they hate the outside world, considering it to be corrupt and much too vast for their tastes. Due to living in usually overcrowded areas, mountain dwarves are the shortest of their race, growing only up to a maximum of 3’3’’.

Hill Dwarves
Hill dwarves appear much like their mountain counterparts, but personality-wise, they are opposites. These dwarves had left their crowded mountain homes long ago, tired of living in the dark and wanting to see the world as it truly was. Stubborn and hard bargainers, hill dwarves make their fortunes by selling their wares, which include swords, stoneware, and other forged items. They are not as talented as their mountain cousins, but since it is near impossible to get a hold of an item created by them, hill dwarves are the favored alternative. Like mountain dwarves, these dwarves value their beards, and believe that with age comes wisdom. The tallest of all dwarves, hill dwarves grow to a maximum of 4’6’’.

Dark Dwarves
Dark dwarves are very different compared to their cousins. While many were cast out from society because of difference in ambition, some were born dark. Most of these dwarves are cold, vicious beings, preferring to live alone rather then in a group. Due to their often higher intelligence rate, dark dwarves are the only dwarves who are able to use magic, and have more limits on it then other races. Dark dwarves have enhanced night vision as well, but the side effects are sensitivity to light. They have a habit of being clean–shaven, which is one example of how they defy ancient dwarven customs. These dwarves grow to a maximum height of 4 feet.
