You've come so far from innocence, provided all the consequence... I'm a fangirl over a lot of things. One of them is Doctor Who. I live in America, so I always get new episodes after they've existed for a year or so in England. Torchwood is made by the same people, and I was wondering who else is excited for it? *fangirl squeal*
...only what does it matter now?

>.> SciFi airs Doctor Who every Friday at 8 or 9 PM EST, and Torchwood is coming on BBC America soon enough.

You've come so far from innocence, provided all the consequence... They advertise it all the time on SciFi, though. And the show is made by the same guys as Doctor Who. I'm surprised you've never heard of it, dude...

Ah well. So, you'd be seeing the first episodes from the first series? Series two doesn't show until beginning of next year for us Brits.
