Shadow Temple is in Ocarina of Time, not Zelda I.

But the Lens of Truth isn't in the Shadow Temple, it's under the well, by the way.

yeah, and you do that by learning the song of storms in the windmill as an adult, going back in time, playing it in the windmill. and thats it.
