So, if you read the announcement all the way through, at the bottom you come across a section stating that they are going to have an item creation contest. Meaning we get to create items, submit our ideas, and then hope to get chosen and out items will be made! NOW. I think this woud be a great chance for us to try to get some Buffy items made!!! The ideas presented earlier could, of course, not be used by anyone but their creators, but I think the rest of us should rack out brains and come up with some ideas for great buffy items!!! Then submit them!
What do you think?

The scythe is awesome, and would have appeal outside Buffy-dom, but a stake is a classic! If I could draw, that would be my entry in the contest.

i think the stake is a good idea. nothing too buffy-specific cus..i dont think it will be as appreciated by most of the gaia population. though it is a pretty scythe =D maybe something similar to it. but i agree, a stake is classic and i can't believe they haven't thought of it yet =P
i'm thinking something magical too. not sure what but it has to be sparkly xD

Sad : ( The items have to be of orginal design. Soooo that nixs THAT idea. Unless we do something that isn't specificly buffy, but is still something that could apply to buffy!

Well, it could just be an unnamed red axe-thing. It doesn't have to say "Buffy" on it.
Furthermore, this doesn't apply to a STAKE!!!!

I would love to have any one of the items mentioned on Buffybot's petition. She's amassed quite the collection! They're pretty, too. Whoever designed them knew what they were doing.
Still, I think they need Fred's glasses. Or just ANY glasses, really, besides the emo ones and the academic ones. Something feminine.
And maybe an Adam.
