I would say they are exactly equal.
I know Luffy can take more hits then Ace,but I know Ace has an advantage on strength.
Like here would be something that would happen :
Luffy uses all his moves in my sig and Ace does too.Because of Ace's strength,Luffy would collapse,but because Ace can take as amny hits,he would collapse.Its dead even.

Ace could prob'bly melt the poor rubber boy, (as if that would EVER happen) I like Ace better, his hat, his hair, his voice,his freakles <3
