I get your concept, but your timing needs some serious work and you need to get better footage. Sub-titles is also one of the seven deadly sins of AMV making. Nobody likes sub-titles because they are distracting and frankly I feel they are a sign laziness.

1. i'm new at this so i'm still learning lol....
2. I keep trying to find somthing without the subtitles but nowhere i look has episodes that are minus the subs

Well, you can find Bleach Raws at Narutofan.com, You just have to be willing to drop a little cash is all. Though you should be taking your footage off of DVDs. They tend to frown on video's that use downloaded footage.
