Hey guys this is generally for the one on one RP's of characters that may or may not influence the main RP.
I'm setting this up to sort of Document the history of My Characters (Trivii, Aricin, and Caimrie *who isn't on Masquerade yet.. and never will be a frequent character.*)
&
Kataio's Characters (Kataio, Kya, and Tynan).
However if you would like to use this area and RP out something off the beaten trail so to say, your more than welcome.

Reserved for RP Status Update.... Or breif summery... Summery Pages 1-3 Taking a small break from furnishing the clinic Aricin learned how to use Kata's medical equipment to help regulate the amount of an unknown chemical in her blood stream at any given time.

Kataio F Kataio smiled. "Ether here or at the table down stairs. It shouldn't take too long to get the initial results." She looked around. "Why don't se just stay here? You can write on the night stand and sit in that chair I keep in the corner and I will sit on the bed." Kata placed the bag on the bed lightly careful not to break anything. Aricin_Shadow Aricin nods complying.... Kataio slowly pulled out two boxes one red and one blue. "Ok, so this is how it works. The blue box is to test my medication levels and is a bit bigger then the red box. The red box is my medication." She smiled at him lightly and then opened the blue box to reveal a glove like object that was hooked up to a screen. "I want you to ask questions along the way. I really don't want to loose you. Like I said this could be life or death for me. Comfortable so far?"

Aricin nods, slightly less scared for her as his clinical thought processes began to activate... "Blue test, red meds." He jotted it down quickly... and tapped his pen some, knowing that with alien equipment it might not be as easy as it sounded.... and it was slightly alien... and he wouldn't have an instruction booklet if he got lost... "I think so... but its going to get more complicated... right now it sounds like a slightly more complex version of diabetes.... ?"

"Sounds like something you could eat or an animal." Kata laughed a bit."I am guessing it's not. Yes it will be getting quite a bit harder. I have to teach you a mite of my language. I'll let you run some tests on my medication if you want see if you can make something like it." She moved the glove and screen out of the blue box and then sat on the bed across from Aricin. It was built strong and looked it. You could drop this thing and it would keep ticking. Kataio nibbled her lip. "Where should I start? Should I do a test and then point out things as I go?"

Aricin relaxed more, and grinned, prepairing to take copious notes... Leaning in he began to sketch a quicky rough outline of the machine... "Given enough time I can probably syntesize your medication...." finishing the drawing he takes about 2 minutes... "I'm not to good with languages, but I'll try to keep up with you..." He nibbles at his lip before looking at what she's doing again... "I would probably understand more, if like you said, you just talked as you run the test on yourself..." His thoughts are still doubting... he has a real weakness with languages.. Trivii learned english faster than he could learn a sentence of Sitaran...
(A little scattered but I hope you could understand. And thats an exageration on the language score... its just over loaded with a lot of self doubt.)

Kata smiled and shook her head. "It won't be that bad. You will learn on, off, warning, high, low, that sorta stuff. Not even full sentances." Kataio rolled up her sleeve with one hand and placed the glove on. It was a left hand glove. "I am sure you know how to roll up a sleeve and put on a glove." She kids. "I'll go through this slowly for you so that you catch it all." Kata placed the screen part of the device on the bedside table so they both could see. "There are three buttons on the bottem. Left to right they read; on, test, off."

Aricin laughs a little, slightly constrained. Writing down the words and their meaning beneath them, drawing arrows to the diagram above to show aproximately where they were located. "Yeah... I think I can manage a glove..." Nodding he smiles.. "I think I follow ya..."

She smirked and nodded. "Ok then. Don't have to press hard the buttons ar a bit sensitive. That's why it has it's own box." Kata pressed the On button. "You can turn it on after the glove is on or before, it doesn't matter." The screen loaded and as in most machines there was a little timer bar that filled up and then went to the main operating screen. Kataio sighed and looked at the screen worrying her lip. "There isn't much that I can show you pre test. This just looks really blank cause none of the stats are loaded on as of yet. Would you like me to explain the test before I do it or just hit the test button? I mean do you wanns know what happens inside the glove?"

Scribbling notes on her description of activities he glanced up at her question, and after a silent debate the scientist in him prevailed.... "I think I'd like you to explain it first..." He glances at the glove... the man in him wanting to take it appart to see how it worked, but he restrained himself from asking...

"Well after I hit the test button the glove will tighten a bit around my wrist. There are five small needles in the finger tips that will p***k me taking only a drop oor so of blood from each finger." With her right hand Kata pointed from the finger tips to the tubes leading towards the device. "This is where I can't get too technical but in these tubes it filters and processes the chemicals and blood balance. After going through the tubes all the blood ect leads into the screen. You have to clean this out after the test is all done and over with." She pointed back at the rings on the tubes. "Those are the transmitters that tell the screen what's what with my blood. After it's all transmitted it shows up for us to read. Does that make sense so far?"
