First off, I'd like to say that you, at least, have a very unique idea going here, though slightly based off other things. (Which is perfectly okay).

The techniques themselves are pretty good,
And, in terms of requirements, do you mean you don't know how to do it at all, or you don't know how to do one correctly?
Requirements usually contain what level you must be to unlock it, amount of reiatsu control, how much reiatsu it costs (RP), or in case of your first one, how much Hohou you need.
Example
For example:
Teh 1337 ATTACK OF DOOM!:
Using a heavy amount of reiatsu, this particular nerd attack can rip through any defense, and deal a heavy amount of damage to the opponent, along with temporary paralysis and a deadly poison that deals a spectacular 50 damage per turn!!!
Bonus to this, if the used uses all their reiatsu, they can
DESTROY THE WORLD!!!Requirements:
•Level: 1337
•Kidou: 125
•Reiatsu control: 666
•Zanjutsu: 2
•Reiatsu cost: 500
Please note that this is purely fictional, and would never be approved. Besides, I don't think anyone can reach level 1337.

It also might be a good idea to make a damage count. It wouldn't be fair (in my opinion) if your shikai abilities can deal as much damage as a normal kidou strike.
Normally it takes trial and error to find a midground. Just don't make it too weak, and if you try to approve it (at level 4) you can always resubmit it if it's too powerful.
