OK sky one realeased a new programe last winter called 'Hex' critics called it the British Buffy. But from what I have seen many people prefered it to Buffy as did I (I am sorry Joss my God but it really was good! sweatdrop )
So what I want to know is has anyone here seen it & what was your opinion!!

Hmm, nope I've never heard about it, maybe because I'm from America and I don't really know what's on TV in Britian. xd So what is it about really? Is it about vampire slayers? confused

I've heard about this but a long time ago. Well, not that long ago but maybe a few months? It was talked about on slayerver.org a while back cus, like you said, it's like the British Buffy xD I've never seen it and I didn't finish reading the synopsis cus someone wrote it's about ghosts and I'm afraid of those sweatdrop

Cassie has embarked on the ultimate journey of discovery and when the man she should fear most finds a way to her heart, it can only end in tragedy. Sounds like Buffy and Angel. :O!!! Haha. Is that Thelma girl gay if she loves Cassie? x_x. Confused....wouldn't that make Cassie like Willow? haha. One of the cahracters in this show looks like Kelly Osbourne.

The problem is that to the casual observer it is Buffy the characters do seem the same:
Roxie - Cordy...A rich stuck up 'Queen' of the school
Thelma - Willow... The gay best friend , the only twist is that she's dead (btw ayruh she's the one that looks like Kelly)
Cassie - Buffy (I guess)... lead character, hereditary witch, destiny all that crap
Azazeal - Angel/Spike?... The 'baddy' who is destined to be with Cassie
Jo - Ms Calender... The down to earth teacher who they can 'talk' to
Dave - Giles... The other down to earth teacher
Peggy - Tara?... Ghost girlfriend for Thelma, knowledgable about the subjects
OK I know I said that it's not like Buffy & now it sounds the opposite. Characters are similar I know but they still are different (confusing I know), I think you're just gonna have to trust me!!!
Btw I found on the 'strangethoughts' website some really good music videos done with piccys from the series really good esspecially the 'Helena' one!
The DVD's are out on Sep 13th 4laugh

well i really wanted to see it, but it was on at the same time as something my dad watched so i couldnt grr. On the note of British buffy however i watched "Fluffy the english vampire slayer" on the net yesterday, that was a laugh

It was fab I'm waiting for a third series to be anounced!!!!
With the parental issue you should do what I do and get one of them into the program so then when against both units you have one on your side!!!!

The second season of Hex just ended I love Ella but I don't feel as close to the characters in Hex as I do in Buffy.
