I'm not even really setting this one up. It's just to get us started until more than five people actually post on a regular basis.
Basic outline - Cloud stumbled upon Zack in The Church, making a daisy chain. =D ZOMG ZOMBEH. But not really.

It had been a long day for Cloud Stife, longer than usual. A seemingly easy delivery had been made hell by a band of escaped chocobos who tried to groom him (note to self:cut hair) and bad directions. On the way back home, he decided to stop by Aerith's church. Cloud found that lying around in the flower bed relaxed him, and hoped sitting by the pool would do the same. After Kadaj's little rampage, there wasn't a big enough patch of flowers, but with Marlene and Tifa's care, they had begun to make a comeback.
Cloud wove around the destruction of the area and parked Fenrir by the door. Out of habit he took the first piece of his sword with him to the door, pushing it open with a loud creak.

Zack didn't know how he ended up in Aerith's church of all places. Heck, he didn't know how he was alive! Was he even alive? Aerith said something about 'a second chance' and then proceeded to push him into a white light, where he landed of so gracefully in Aeriths flowers. It was always so pleasant falling into Aerith's church.
" What to do..." Zack thought aloud, sitting by the pool that had made it's home in the middle of the flowers. He started to fiddle around with a flower when an idea struck him. " A daisy chain! I will make a daisy chain!"
He started to pluck a few flowers, wrapping their stems together, humming a random tune, when he heard a loud creak from behind him. His head whipped around to see....
"Cloud?"

Cloud dropped his sword and pointed at the raven-haired man, spluttering. Zack Fair was sitting in Aerith's garden, making a ******** daisy chain.
"But.. you... YOU'RE DEAD!" Cloud stuttered after a few tries.
Not that he wasn't happy to see Zack. He was ecstatic, and if Zack wasn't just some projection of his guilty mind, Cloud was totally going to launch himself at his friend.

Zack stood up, still holding his half made daisy chain. "Uh...well I was dead... and maybe I still am? I don't really know..." Zack started to with the daisy chain. "I mean, Aerith just pushed me into this white light and I ended up here. I'm a little confused, but happy now that you're here. Your looking great, Spikey!" He gave Cloud a sheepish smily, scratching the back of his head. If this was all fake, he was going to pretty pissed.

Cloud blushed and nearly dropped his sword putting it in the sheath. He wouldn't put it past Aerith to pull something like this.
"I don't know. How do you prove someone isn't dead?"
Cloud knew a lot of things, like how to get a golden chocobo, when to run from Tifa, and where to put breakable objects to keep them safe, but he couldn't figure out for the life of him how to know if Zack was real.

Zack noticed Cloud's blush and grinned, but decided not to say anything. Instead he started to think about ways to check if he was, indeed, alive. "Maybe we can check by pinching each other. You know, like in a dream! If it hurts then it must be real...right?"
Zack started to walk towards Cloud, stopping a few feet infront of him. "Worth a try, right?" He asked, tilting his head to the side, smiling. he raised his hand, reaching for Cloud when he stopped himself, dropping his hand down to his side.

Cloud watched Zack walk across the church, still a light pink color.
"I don't know about that..." Cloud wasn't sure about the whole touching thing. Zack, he suddenly remembered/realized, was a very attractive man. And making him blush.
When Zack stopped and stared at him, Cloud stared right back, as if they were in some childish contest to see who could go longer without blinking.

Zack stared back at Cloud for a moment gazing deeply into Cloud's georgous blue eyes. He always had loved Cloud's eyes. Realizing he was starring at a slighly stubborn looking Cloud he before bursting out laughing, ruining the mood slightly. That face Cloud was giving him was all to reminiscent of the looks Cloud gave him when they were in Shinra together.
"Man, you haven't changed one bit!" He unconsciously went and ruffled Cloud's head, making his hair stick up even more. "It's just me! Not like I am going to hurt you! Well I guess pinching you does hurt, but thats not the point...wait... damn!" Zack stared at his hand , only now realizing he had ruffled Cloud's hair.

Cloud slouched and scowled, acting like someone much younger than he was. It was definately Zack, and he was definately real. Only Zack could piss Cloud off just by touching his hair.
Cloud slapped away Zack's hand and tried to fix his hair so it was minimally spikey, still pouting.
"One word and it's back to the Lifestream for you," Cloud threatened.

"Does that mean you think I am real?" Zack asked, patting his chest and legs to see if he could feel himself. "I think I feel pretty real!" Zack grabbed Cloud's hand and placed it on his chest. " Feel me! Do I feel real?"
Zack knew he was putting Cloud in a tight spot, but couldn't help it, he loved to see Cloud blush. Also, he was still worried that he wasn't real and he was imagining it all while floating around in the lifestream.

Cloud growled and turned a dark pink. Zack knew. He might seem like a big lovable retard, but he was really quite perceptive.
So Cloud used his free hand to punch Zack in the ribcage.
"Yep, you're real," he said with a murderous smirk.
