Artic Asylum

Intro:
10/14/07


So, although I am not grotesquely overweight I would still love to lose 15lbs or so, and have the body I want.

I have tried to diet countless times, and abandoned them not long after.

So I'm going to try to diet the old fashion way, eat right and evercise.

I want to walk home from school everyday (2 miles) excepts Monday.
I weighed myself today, and I am 212lbs.
My goal is to be about 195.

Every Sunday morning I will weigh myself, and report back here.

Everyday I will keep strict track of what I eat, and of all the exercise I am getting.

I appreciate any positive support, or tips.

10/14/07

Exercise:
Nothing specific, the normal walking around and whatnot.

Food:
I know I had a bowl of ice cream, and a cup of soda today.
^this has to stop^

3:10 p.m: Cup of water (big cup)

4:45p.m: One turkey burger, fries, and lots of peas.
5:10p.m: a few pistachios.

7:30p.m:apple!

Notes:
As this is my first official day on the diet, I will not be to strict today about what I am consuming/doing.

Tomorrow I will start doing things the way I want to. biggrin
That was actually the first soda I had in 3 months, and I hope to go another 3 months!

Don't want to shock my system on the first day, first full day tomorow.

Sunday weigh In:
212 lbs

10/15/07

Exercise:

Walked to and from bus stop... xd

Food:
7:15a.m:able on the bus.
bottle of water at school.
2:20p.m:turkey sandwhich & cup of O.J. for lunch
4:45p.m:apple+orange juice
5:30p.m:bowl of chunky clam chowder.
5:45p.m:cup of water.
7:30P.m biggrin inner, lots of corn,turkey, and 1/2 a baked potatoe, and a cup of water.

Notes:
God Mondays' suck, but I'm off to a good start.

Took a 2 hour nap today, so I can watch the red sox game!
GOOO Boston!

Not the best day for a dieter, but I had my fruits and veggies.!

10/16/07

Exercise:

To and from bus stop again...

Food:
12:00p.m:ribaque sandwhich, tator tots, and chocolate milk at school.
3:00p.m:bowl of ice cream...need somthing good?
3:10p.m surprised range juice.
7:30p.m:steak + tons of peas.
Notes:
Still trying to get in the swing of things, not snacking nearly as much.

Need more exercise.

2:10p.m:bowl of clam chowder.
3:30p.m:small turkey sandwhich.
~while fishing~
5:30p.m:bottle water & 2 apples.

Had some unlisted drinks.
