I want to hear what everybody's favorite anime-related moments are. It doesn't matter what anime they're from, just post them! Oh, but make sure to put any significantly important spoilers in white text.

10. Hell Girl: any time she is preparing for to take a revenge
9. Princess Tutu- Final battle against the Raven (only in the Japanese version...the dialogue during it in the English version sucked!)
8. DNAngel- The whole "Ice and Dark" story with Elliot and Freedert...it's beautifully done
7. Ouran High School Host Club- The first episode... (it was all too much for me!! rofl )
6. Fruits Basket- the gang meets Hatsuharu (once again, hilarious!)
5. Fullmetal Alchemist: Conquerer of Shambala: Alphonse Heindrich helps Ed escapes, and is finally happy...only to them be shot, and die with a smile on his face
4. Fruits Basket: story of Hatori and Kana...the part where Akito attacks Hatori and blames Kana...forcing Hatori to erase Kana's memory
3. Death Note: L dies
2. Death Note: Light is dying and sees the angel version of L standing over him...it's awesome
1. Fullmetal Alchemist- Hughe's funeral, when Elicia is saying "Mommy, why are they burying Daddy? Make them stop!!" (I cry every time crying )

10. Soukou no Strain: Final showdown between Sara and the traitor
9. Kino no Tabi: The fights at the arena
8. Jubei Chan 2: Ultimate showdown between Freesia and Jubei
7. Gungrave: Final confrontation between Bradon and Harry
6. Mai Hime: Entire episode with the cooking contest
5. Juuni Kokki: When Youko freaks out the military commander with her appearance
4. Read or Die: Use of Nancy's power when falling through the building. Awesome usage of her power unlike any other character with the same ability.
3. Seirei no Moribito: Fight sequence between Balsa and the skilled assassins
2. Noir: First episode's gun showdown
1. Fumoffu: The last episode was classic

Wow this is a toughie.
I'm basing mine off of manga and anime, so if something you see didn't happen in the anime, it did in the manga!
10. Last Exile - Al discovers the Sheep
9. Princess Mononoke - "The demon lost it's head and it wants it back!!" Cracks me up everytime. Any normal thing would just die.
8. Naruto - Jiraiya says he likes them smooth and with curves......naruto brings him a deformed watermelon
7. Negima - When Negi is forced to drink the love potion and he thinks he's safe with Nodoka.....xD
6. Noein - Every fight scene. Especially the Atori vs. Karasu ones.
5. Nerima Daikon Brothers - When they are going up the vent to get into the one building and the girl INSISTS on going last so the guys can't look up her skirt, and somehow the one guy keeps appearing after her even though he has already gone up xD
4. Fruits Basket - The scene when Uo and Hana visit Tohru and Yuki, Kyo and Shigure keep transforming
3. Bleach - Kon-"They're um......GIRLS!" (The names of the small bosomed won't stick) <--Literally what's in the manga
2. Last Exile - The VERY end.....not because I hate the series..O__o I LOVE the series, it's just so beutifully finished
1. Elemental Gelade - Everytime Keua gets hungry or Cisqua gets angry......This whole series is a riot.

My favorite moment changes from day to day wink , but right now I'm marveling over a moment from BLEACH's english dub.
At the end of one of the Soul Society Arc episodes, when Momo wakes up and she's almost late for a meeting about the state of the ryoka invasion, she runs and takes some shortcuts to get there. And then she suddenly stops, turns, and freezes. In the meeting room, they hear her scream, and run out, and see her standing under Aizen's body. And then she just screams, in the best angry/mournful/shocked/traumatized voice ever, "...CAAAAAAAAAAPTAAAAAIIIIIIIN AAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!"
I haven't seen that part in japanese yet, but it's possibly the best english voice acting I've ever had the privlage to listen to. mrgreen

Inuyasha:His first full demon transformation
Full Metal Alchemist:The whole franticly running away from barry scene.
Dragon Ball Z: When goku and gohan play in the tub together >>
Gravitation:The first time Yuki crys in 6 years... or was it 7? ><

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, definitely - Every single time Fye/Mokona teases either Syaoran or Kurogane... <3
Elemental Gelade as well - When Kuea is either starving and torturing Rowen, or when she's merging with him.
Ouran High School Host Club - pretty much everything, there's way too many scenes from this anime to list XD

Zero no Tsukaima II: Piano verison song OP at the final battle in ep 12~When Saito dies- Comes back at the end, Louise thought he was dead, he tells her that a big-breasted elf saved him- ...Gets chase at the ending... =D
-> Lol when Agnes kissed Louise to shup her up.
Nagasarete Airantou: Lol at the final ep, Misaki's voice. xd
-> Theres a thing called "Horny Mushroom Lotion" that was used.
Zombie Loan: Michiru takes along Zarame, doll verison. =D
-> Plus the final ep, pretty sad.

Monster:
- When Tenma meets Johan again for the first time in nine years
- Ruhenheim. All of it. heart
- Karl's reunion with his dad
- Karl and Johan talking on the roof together...and then Johan started crying and held Karl's hand.
- Dr. Gillen learning the truth about what had happened in college with Tenma.
- Grimmer and Tenma meeting on a train. ...they ended up having a picnic. biggrin
- Tenma threatening a Neo-Nazi with a ballpoint pen. XD
- When Grimmer is finally able to cry after....god knows how long. Maybe for the first time, not counting very early childhood.
- Grimmer's death. ;-; He got his emotions back at the bitter end...so sweet and sad.
- When Lunge met Tenma in Ruhenheim and said 'forgive me.' Quite touching.
- Nina forgiving Johan. Sad and sweet, she still loves him after all that's happened...
Gankutsuou:
- How Franz and Albert met when they were kids. Very cute.
- Franz's death, so painful and touching. He died to protect Albert and was smiling in the end. T-T
- When the Count is taken over by Gankutsuou and is all twisted and sadistic and REALLY creepy...and Albert walks over to him and hugs him. And then he stands on his toes and kisses the Count on the cheek. Heartbreakingly sweet.
Le Chevalier D'Eon:
- First time Lia took over D'Eon's body.
- When Lia wrote 'I am with you,' on the mirror. ;-;
- The cross dressing masquerade. In which it turns out that D'Eon can fence in a dress and Robin isn't half bad at doing another guy's make up and hair. biggrin
- When Durand gave Robin his pocket watch.
- Durand's death. TT-TT Teillagory's too, for that matter. Poor Robin...
- Anna's death. And then when D'Eon came back and picked her up out of the coffin and kissed her. SO SAD.
- The last episode. Especially when Robin read the Psalm of the King and decided to carry on Maximilien's legacy. Oh, and when Louis begged D'Eon to kill him, and D'Eon just saluted and said 'long live the king' (or something similar to that) and left. A most polite '******** you, your majesty.' heart
Honey and Clover:
- When Morita kissed Hagu. heart
- The Christmas party from hell. biggrin
- Takemoto's 'soul searching journey.'
- The ending. ;-; Bittersweet and beautiful.

I would have to say that one of my favourite anime moments comes from Howl's Moving Castle. It's the scene where Sophie is being harrassed by the soldiers that she bumps into and Howl comes to her rescue. The part where they're walking on air above the dancing citizens of the town with that whimsical music playing in the background just makes me smile every time I see it. I could put that scene on repeat and watch it over and over.
