people who crap up our marching band field.
seriously, why cant they go over to the football field and s**t that place up.
and
people who laugh when they hear im in marching band.

Let all of that anger out it will make you feel better.
Our pratice field is a parking lot, right? So after school the football players think that they will funny and park their cars scattered all over the field so that we can't do anything, till we get them moved. And if they don't come and move them we push them over till they run into so bushes. twisted

Our practice field is used as a parking lot for football games so when the game is over people just throw their trash in our field even though we have to use that field the next morning for "before competition practices". People are so rude. and the funny thing is...Our marching band is way better than the football team. People have actually told our band director that the band makes the football games manageable. haha. I thought that was great.

haha.
yeahh at my school we have our own field,
by the band room,
its awesome,
i love it.
but i raither have the football field,
the school keeps it smooth, green, and nice, and its easy to marching on.
question:
who has more spirt?
marching band?
or cheerleader?

or cheerleader? Marching Band ALL the way!!! The cheerleaders act like they don't wan to be there, but the band know that we are going to be there and need the preformance, so we just have fun with it.

We don't have a marching feild, considering we only do half-time shows once a year. And it's only the First period Wind Ensemble who does it, so they use the football feild during first period.
We have way more spirit than the cheerleaders, and in greater numbers, too.

Duh that's an easy one. Marching band does. We cheer way more than they do...I'm pretty sure they don't even know what's going on half the time. We give a lot more time and a lot more effort. They just run the school because they wear really skanky uniforms and shake their butts. lol.

=O I feel your pain about fields. Back in HS, we had a bumpy field in front of our elementary school that was hardly ever painted or mowed.
College is different, though. We practice on stadium turf every night ('cause we're better than the football team; they have to practice on a different field). It's like getting paid back for all those harsh years in high school.

We practice on a parking lot. It takes forever to get the cars moved....though since a flag landed on one, we haven't had much trouble.

holy apple shnappels! our band practices (mostly) on the parking lot. our parking lot is so far back that no one would dare park on it, A) they'd get yelled by our director (which isn't very fun) and B) they have to walk a veeeeeeery far distance to the school so yeah, we have no problems with cars and whatnots. The other place we practice is on the soccer field, thats usually used like, during before-game runthroughs and whatnots but we haven't used it lately due to the soccer team, in which i'm thankful because that field sucks but it teaches you to engage your core more so yeah.
AND HECK YES BAND HAS MORE SPIRIT! WOOH WOOH WOOH!

we used to get in fights with the
foot ball team,
untill about
3 weeks ago,
we did
to copatisons
in a day,
came home wit
9 Trophes!
2nd in
one
and
1st in the other!
puls all the
extras.

Marching band DUH!!! or band was cheering at a football game and we actually made a cheerleader cry because nobody could hear her...lol
and the band feind thing we have our own feild but WE paint the lines WE take care of it and WE march on it the city does crap like in the summer we had practice everyday and before long the feild was straight up dust and then we went to band camp for a week and came back and IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!! stupid city hates the band well they don't hate us they just don't care...

TheOneSax WOW i wish our football players were impresed by our trophys I could care less whether or not they were impressed I just wished they would even just set them down in our highschool. our trophys sit up in our band room gathering dust, they won't them them down in the highschool trophy case because there's not enough room. yeah not enough room my a$$. They just know we are better but don't want the whole school to know it.
