It weighs enough that if it were real there's no way he could swing it with one hand so easily, or slash so fast.

before shikai i think around- 20lbs When realesed (giant butcher knife)- 30-45lbs BanKai- 10lbs max

Do you guys know anything about swords? lol (or is it only me???)
his bankai is deff. 7lbs or less. (about the weight of a baby)
his normal cleaver-looking one isn't natural in regards to swords anyway so it'll probably weigh in at 20 or 30.
ichigo's strong. :3 he can handle it, i'm sure.

The bankai is like 7 lbs and the regular one is 10-30 lbs

I have two from like my great great great great great grandfather.
One weighs 5lbs.
Speaking of which....I need to clean it soon.
