The R.O.S.E. Organization ((Regulators Of Sickly Enforcement is what R.O.S.E. stands for.))
The R.O.S.E. Organization is not one to be messed with, to fairly explain it in one sentence. This organization is made of mostly cyborgs, enslaved and then thrown out like messly paper weights not needed anymore by the government. These... people, infused with machine parts have became stronger and faster for some. Their goal is to be noticed... to be heard in the masses. They try, the ones where you can't see the mechanical parts on them, to get into government to somehow destroy it from the inside out. Others, kill and torture people to get the answers they want. To not be confused with any copy cats, they leaving a small calling card, a single rose-of any color- with two thorns and three leaves... just to help the forces looking for them.
The R.O.S.E. Organization ain't bad people persay... they just want to be noticed, want to change things to make people look at the world in their way. people of this group dont just go out killing people they have a chain of command, even though lead by a young person it still works just fine, even the youngest cyborg can be the strongest you have ever met. They dont care if they die, they dont even fear it... the cyborgs...the R.O.S.E. Organization just wants their freedom back, the 'fairness' of more than one government... and the will to actually live once again.
Constantly stays by teh main goverment area, their one and only dream is to finally show most people "the light" they see.

“The pains of that sorry thing they call life…” Murmured Skuld as her hand grabbed around a rose, tighter and tighter until the ‘blood’ and ‘life’ came out of it, and onto her hand. The red liquid acting as if it were blood running down her pale fisted hand as her eyes stared-constant-out the window and onto the streets. People, whoever else that could blend in easily, walking together, without a care in the world. “Pitiful…Worthless way of living…” she said full of aggravation as she spun the chair around, the one she was sitting in giving her not that much comfort as she sat on the edge of it, looking at the random things on her desk, papers meaning absolutely nothing to her, a few pens, and a vase with three roses in it. She smiled lightly as she tilted her head to the side as her eyes stared in awe at the how beautiful the roses actually were compared to ones that were once grew wildly. She let out a sigh and sunk into her chair, “Pointless… Adline!” she yelled to get her youngest member’s attention, “You can come in now, I know you’re right outside door.” She said with a large smirk.

Adline poped in from the door. "Your pyshic now?" She said jokingly, with a slight smile on her face. She examined Skuld, just staring at the stain of red on her one hand. "Do you really insist on destroying a perfectly good rose? Its.." She paused for a moment trying to think of a word to say. " Pointless." She said, kinda of moking Skuld's past words. Then her eyes turned to the pile of papers on Skuld's desk. "So, whats on the adgenda today?" She asked, tilting her head to the side a bit.

"What is? That is an excellent question, seeing as if we are blind to those we dwell in front of us. Look at them..." Skuld said calmly, as her glance turned to the window away from her seemly bleeding hand, "You see them... That is what pointless truely is... They follow without much question, not seeing anything wrong with what they are truely doing, that is pointless along with the act of pathetic." She stood up, the chair went back into a restless position and her hand fell onto the table holding herself up, her eyes now glaring down at the paper, "What would you do, dear Adline? Would today be a day of perfect notice... or shall we watch a race and hope to someone that the day will never come that they will find us."

Adline looked out the window as well. "EIther is fine. I'm just bored as hell." Her gaze fell back to Skuld. "Otherwise I wouldn't be bothering you." SHe smirked a bit. "So what which would you rather do?" Adline had no thought of putting her opinion in the matter.

"If my opinion actually mattered, we still wouldn't be stuck in this hell hole of a life we are living..." she said coldly, as Skuld gave a calm smile to Adiline, "Wouldn't you agree? I mean, if we actually put at least half of the plans i had into affect, wouldn't we actually be getting somewhere. Other than destroying roses, what is there better to do then watch people surrond themselves in self pity?" she laughed at her own lines as she thought to herself. The lies they were told, such a pitiful attempt on life they had going, who else knew now better than themselves. "We could... kill someone of high power today... but what would that prove? What would it... no how would it benefit us if we did such a sort... And to who is just the question."

Adline laughed, "Killing someone of higher power wouldn't prove anything I guess. . . But it might as well serve us some amusement." She looked around, lost in a train of thought. "But theres only two of us." she mumered to herself. And them a smile lit up her face, "But yet of course it would be much, much, better than ruining perfect roses.

"You never died... have you?" Skuld asked with a deadly smile as her eye lit up slightly, "There may only be two of us... but go ahead try and jump out that window over there..." she said in a playing joking tone, "You will come back alive in the exact backup body... So only two of us is all in all a actually army, hun." she said as she threw the damaged rose in the trashcan then began to tap her long slender fingers on the table once again, "Now once again we have a delima..." she said calmly as she shut her eyes and took a deep breath, "Nothing to do with this large amount of power..."
