I'm sure many of you all surf through many of the Power Rangers Forums online. And I am also sure that a few of you are members on Power Rangers Empire. If you are then you already know that it has been shut down.

I know some of you will be disappointed. But last night showed me things that hurt me and a side of the fandom that can personally screw off.
I tried making things work. Sadly, more people want to be buttholes than actually be a good part of the fandom.
Many people didn't realize that Samuell Benta, Fury Diamond, and I were the ones that started this site. All 3 of us worked on this site from pretty much day 1. I didn't make this a "look at me" site. I just posted the link to this site and promoted it without most people knowing my role.
I'm sick of whats happening in the fandom and how people are treating each other. I'm tired of being a part of this horrible back-stabbing atmosphere especially over a freakin' kids show.
I support Fury Diamond. And support this site. But will no longer be an active part of it.
PRE is gone. It's probably for the best. Now the buttholes of the world can dance around that fact. And the word butthole is the only way I can say it w/o it being censored. Those people do not care about the fandom. Those are the ones that can pi$$ off.

a bit dramatic, i mean it is true that it hurts to have such an atmosphere, but well the world is always going to be full of people that just want to look smart and call the rest noobs or stupid for not knowing the inside-out of a kids show/any show/any thing. But well crap happens, you deal with it and well you move on. anyways, good luck to mesogog in what ever he does.

PRE and RT are two Ranger forums I don't have much care for at all. I mean RT doesn't have a great reputation since alot of idiots come onto other forums saying they are from RT, and PRE is meh haven't been there in a while but a few people spam stuff from them on HJU and RB about them being always down.

What a whining baby, seriously, sounds to me that Mesogog is more of a Whiny, overeacting, nooby, b***h then a Dedidcated fan. Mesogog is one of the people who make us all look like extremely nerdy, fatass people like some of the stereotypical Starwars or Startrek fans. Sad to say, most of the PR fans that are like Mesogog, are from RangerBoard or RangerTalk....I dont know, maybe from more places. mad

I tried to get an account on PRE and could never do it. Well....I was mainly signing up to bash on Mesogog for yelling at my friend Lisa (Lisa J on RB). She was helping him and then he suddenly turned on her when she did nothing to him. I say good riddance. I've heard nothing but bad things come from that board.

Wow--It really makes me wonder what happened to spawn such a problem... yeah, I run into people who think that I am F*ed in the head for still keeping up with the ranger fandom. All the idiots out there probably gave this poor administrater a lot of s**t to deal with. Too bad. I used to check out that site periodically. Great, another one gone.
I wonder where all the fans have gone, when the hosts are getting "beat up" for their attempts to make good?

When something you've poured your life into is taken over by drunken idiots, it's hard not to become completely exasperated. I know this from personal experience. I was helping someone run a Sonic the Hedgehog forum on Invisionfree, which is one of the best forum hosts out there. At first things went well, fans came slowly but soon we got a lot of hits. But somehow, at the end of 3 months, there were more spammers than actual posters. Banning didn't work -- new spammers joined on a daily basis. When our head moderator posted up a topic of suggestions on how to improve the forums, a few people posted helpful comments, but a bunch of the frequent spammers flooded the topic with requests for porn. That was the final straw. We sent out a message to everyone, and a week later we banned all users, deleted the topics and locked the forums. Right now it's an empty URL.

Rangerboard has intelligence in Merchandise and Multimedia Sections, since they have PROP MAKERS, FULL SUIT MAKERS, OFFICIAL SENTAI MERCH SELLERS, RARE THOUGHT TO BE IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN STUFF ETC.. And you can pretty much find 90% of all Sentai episodes in Multimedia section. General Discussion and Fan Fic however...don't venture in there.

I agree with the fan fic forum comment. Some of them are really stupid. I try to stay out of there. The VIP forum keeps MOST of the idiots out but you'll get one once in a while. The poll forum is probably the worst one of all because it's based on people's opinions and when you're "wrong" they bite your head off. Even though I usually go to Rangerboard a lot, it's a pain to go there now because of all the idiots and the fighting. It's not enjoyable anymore.
