Yeah, I'm not obese or anything but I'd like to lose some weight and gain some muscle.

So here goes, I'm going to watch my eating and start lifting again.

Height: 6' 4"
Weight: Around 215. (I'll weight myself tomorrow.)


My Target Weight: 200 or under.

Activities I Like:

BMX
Mountain Biking
Just Riding Bike
Trampoline (Fun not exercise.)
Hiking
DDR and Guitar Hero (I dance while I play GH, lol.)


Activities To Be Done:

Weightlifting
Push-ups
Sit-ups/crunches
Jogging/Running

Foods I Like:

Pizza (I never eat a lot of it though.)
Ice cream (Big weakness.)
Salads (I loooove salads, almost any dressing.)
Sun Chips (Healthy and tasty, what's not to like?)
Grippo's Chips (I can't help myself, so I don't usually buy them.)


Foods I Don't Eat:

Raw Onions (>.< Eww.)
