So I was watching Russian MTV, which actually plays music, (I know right?) and there was a song by a Cello Rock band called Apocalyptica. I dunno if anyone here has heard of them, but they are amazing.

Astounding band. Very similar style to Bond; a bit more downbeat, but still quite a close comparison. So, are they all cellists?

It's because violins go waay higher...I like the deep rich and mellow sound a cello makes.

I agree. Apocalyptica is an amazing band. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I'm going to buy their "Worlds Collide" album. I may have to deal with Corey Taylor. (Not the best vocalist, but, eh, whatever.) But they are indeed amazing.

Yeah I saw instruments like that at the local violin shop.

They're pretty good looking at playing the violins.
