So, today I'm leaving my house on my way to work. I'm approaching the highway, and there is a car about half a mile away. I decide that this car is far enough away that I can get onto the highway, get up to speed and be going before they reach me. So, I'm about five shy of the speed limit, and this a** decides that I'm not going fast enough. She passes me on the right, and then slows down to turn. Only, she doesn't wait a few seconds to slow down, she converges back into the lane not two feet in front of me and proceeds to slow down to 15 miles per hour while I'm going 60. Please be aware that the place she is turning at is not even 200 feet from where I turned on the the highway. This is all, you can see what I'm dealing with.

There's always going to be S.O.B.'s thinking they own the highway, aren't there? :/

In my state, doesn't matter what happened. If you rear-end someone, it's your fault. At least they also require insurance for every driver.
