1576 hours.
Enchanted glass armor, the whole set.
Enchanted Ebony sword, swiped off this really really nasty dude.
Enough money to buy the US and still declare war on the world.
So many custom spells only God knows them all.
A good level, a good reputation, head of a few factions and as powerful as they come.
All over it's gone...
My Xbox killed my Morrowind files! All of them! gonk

The use of the Memory Card has just been fortified. Although, I can't say much here, because I don't have this problem. I've backed up all my saves in another folder, since I have the PC version.
Although, I might be able to help. There are ways to retrieve deleted files, under certain conditions. Do you know how they were deleted?
Under the auumption that you're going to say "They just disappeared" did it ever occur that someone else deleted them. Maybe someone who wanted you to stop playing the game, or hates you?
Just a thought. That last paragraph is probably false. Although, if they did just "Disappear", you might want to keep that in mind.

Let me ask you something. When you were saving your file, did it suddenly crash during that time, and then when you tried to retrieve the file, it came up looking like a bunch of colored text? If that's the case, you'll need to have yoru xbox cleaned out. If it just deleted it, then I'm not sure what caused that. I've had the files corrupted because the thing was malfunctioning, sent it in to be fixed, and never had that problem since. One suggestion might be, also, to do a couple different saves of that same game. Annoying, but it'll save your data. And yes, memory cards work well, too. Best bet, though, you'll either need to wait until the 360 comes out, or send that one in to be cleaned...

Two sets of Daedric Armor, Three sets of Glass Armor, two sets of Ebony Armor...all enchanted. Every spell in the game plus custom ones. 800K. Everyone in three towns dead. Fifty plus suits of Indoril Armor. A Daedric Dai-Katana with absorb health and fatigue enchantments. A lot of rare items. Level 56.7. Vampire. Fortified stats.

...I know how you feel. *Hug* Sorry...looks like we have some really bad luck.... They did just disappear, but no one would have deleted them- the Xbox is mine, and I'm the only on who uses it. My hard-drive may need to be cleaned out, but I don't have many games saved onto it right now (Kotor II, Oddworld, Doom, Morrowind and Jedi Knight). *Shrugs* I don't know what happened, but I just needed to complain to someone... sweatdrop Sorry! Oh well, started over, played like crazy, on level 10 now. *sigh*

I wouldn't really be that sad...and look at all the stuff I had.
But that's besides the case. My file was autosaving and then it crashed on me, but luckily I have backup files. I have two files for my character plus the autosave.
Mokey how did she get deleted again? Just corrupt?
I feel your pain though. I usually get sad if my PSO characters go boink. But usually I know why. Like when I had a level 26 FOmarl (far for me back then), and my brother turned off the power when it was saving. I read the book after I found my file corrupt and realized you are NOT supposed to touch anything when it's saving.
Of course recently, he let a friend of his borrow another of my Gamecube memory cards without my permission and I lost a really good character. cry But that may be due to the fact that the memory card was a Mad Catz one, and their products of memory cards tend to delete data if it's too cramped...or just being stupid.
I'm sorry I have no really good advice...But you can gain it all back again, no worries. At least in Morrowind you still know where to find all your stuff (wheras PSO you find items literally at random and depending on your level)...unless you found it as random loot, but it'll still turn up. At least certain rare items (like Daedric armor and rare shields and weapons) appear in the same place all the time.
And to get back your glass armor, go into the Hlaalu canton in Vivec, unlock the doors and you should find a full suit...er well, minus the bracers. But that should help I hope. sweatdrop

Actually, it's not a full suit. There are no gloves...I think. And it's missing something else...I believe. No...just the gloves (bracers...whatever) And she didn't get deleted again...

I kinda know what you mean...when I had Legend of the Dragoon, when I had the game practically beat, and all characters maxed out (Pain in the arse: Miranda) my little brother deleted the files. Also included: FFX, FFT and Mega Man X 4 ( or 5, I forget.) T.T So I kinda feel your pain.

Ouch...I know how you feel. My computer completely gave up the ghost earlier this year, and took my game with it. I don't even want to go into the list of stuff I had. xp *hugs*
