So I now have 30k saved up for my pixie. I have such a hard time saving gold. How do I handle not spending gold, or how do you guys save/make gold?

What I've seen is that people who need the gold are usually the people that change their outfits every other day. That's why I'm sticking to what I have and saving up for the prize outfit that I've wanted for a long time. Once I have it, I'll just keep my gold right in my pocket and try not to spend it on anything.

i can resist temptation to spend, but i know people who have mule accounts and send gold to them to stop them spending cos its a faff on to send gold over and back again

well i usualy save up to 8000-10000 golds and change my outfit usualy focusing on one color for the hole avi but ya i supose if i wanted something spensibe i could save the money for it or beg whit some big semy wet littly puppy eyes for money

I used to post a lot and play the markets to save up gold, and I have no trouble not spending. Eventually though new items started coming in too fast and inflation started going crazy, so now that I'm happy with my avi's I've pretty much given up on trying to get any more items.

I find its so hard to save money now a days.. gaia seems to have made it a lot harder, and I'm still mortified of the chatter box... crying the pictures people post on there scare the crap out of me, and I haven't entered it since I saw that nasty picture... crying

How do I save gold you ask? I just don't spend it. None of the items really interest me, so I don't buy them. I have items that I didn't even want, but I was taking a known risk. Playing the market, if you wanted to know. I also save gold by spending money instead. XD
