Have any of you ever been to this site? Empath site

If any of you have been to this site, what do you think about what this guy says. Seems like an effective way to increase skill with empathy along with psychic talents as a whole.

I've never been there before, but thank you for posting this. I didn't read everything yet, but it does seem like it could help.

For me, it's more about learning how to control it.. so I hope there is something in there for that.

Yeah, I sort of stumbled upon once, didn't read the entire thing. I didn't exactly practice the skills at first, stubbornness probably, but then I decided to try at least and yeah, it seemed to help further things along. Thank you for bringing this back to me.
