 Are you in love with an Anime/Hentai character? Just asking... I was kind of wondering if I was the only one and if this would be anyone else's reason.
My other reason? I think I might be broken... (an easy way to put it)
No, I really haven't dated any girls yet... or kissed any... or gotten anywhere near past that... but, I was just curious. In other words, I'm a virgin and a lip virgin... And as far as I can remember, I've never seriously hugged another girl...
EDIT: When I say "seriously hugged", what I meant was embraced.
Also changed the topic name because it didn't really fit the question posted.

Well for the most part my reasons are the same as yours. Never dated any girls, never kissed any, and even barely hugged another girl. It's not like I've been in a situation where I had to choose and decided not to, it's that the situation has never come up in the first place.

Well, aside from that, my other reason is that I'm "in love" with anime and hentai. I can't really explain what I mean by that... but I guess if I had the choice to lose it or not, I would need to think about it...

Reason for being virgin? Well...
I want to wait until marriage to have sex, so that I can be sure it's with someone who truly loves me and is commited to me.
To get married, I first need to get a boyfriend and fall in love.
To get a boyfriend, I need to meet someone I have feelings for who feels the same about me... I've only ever had a crush on one guy, and he didn't like me the same way, so, of course, nothing happened.
Kind of a chain of reasoning lol.
Anyway, while I wait for true love, I also pass the time daydreaming about anime... I could be in love with Sesshomaru, from Inuyasha. Too bad he's not real *sigh*

Why am I a virgin?
well...my reasons:
I've never dated a guy
which means I've never kissed a guy
which means I've never had sex with a guy
however, I have hugged plenty of guys ^^
but even if I did date a guy I'd wait at least two years to do him
I'm only 14, I really don't wanna get pregnant, and even at 16 it would be iffy
however...
I'm completely in love with anime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well...not 'in love' in love just very obbsessed

Hmmm... I find this intresting. Can you describe this more or is that the best way you can explain this? What about a girl? Have you hugged other girls? Are guys really better huggers?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I have hugged a few guys. Why? Because they're my friends. Sometimes friends just need a hug, or sometimes friends hug when they're leaving (I go to college out of state) or haven't seen each other for a while.
I've also hugged girls who are my friends. I generally hug girls more than guys, though, probably because I have more girl friends than guy friends. Also, I try not to hug guy friends too much, since I don't like any of them THAT way, and don't want them to get the wrong idea, whereas none of my female friends are lesbian, so I don't have to worry about it.

[I know my reason for staying a virgin:
I want to wait until I know I'm ready and I'm very much in love with the person that I would be having sex with.
I also stay a virgin because I made a promise to my brother that I wouldn't make the same mistakes he did when he was in High School. He ended up getting his wife pregnant right after he graduated, and he says he has his times when he regrets it because e would be much better off if he didn't have his child right now.
I don't want to end up like that.
