The Planets, Constellations, and Powers.
Below you will find information about the Planets, the kingdoms, and Constellations. As well as their rulers!
Planets are ruled by kingdoms, one for each planet and one for the Sun and Moon. Constellations are colonies that have either seperated themselves from a kingdom or are being ruled under a specific kingdom.
Below, there is information about Sailor Senshi who come from each kingdom and constelattion. Detailing basic personality traits and flaws as well as powers and gifts.

The Sun The center of our known universe, a source of hope and light within our lives. The sun gives us life, it gives us change, and without it we would be lost. It's strange how true this is. The Sun is the center nexus of all the Planetary Kingdoms, it watches over and guides all with a tender and loving hand... though never directly interfering. The Kingdom of the Sun does infact have one of the most important responsiblities and never takes it job lightly. The Sun keeps life moving and changing, without it we would not have time, light, day, or night even.
The King of the Sun Kingdom is Solus, the unchanging child king. As looks can be decieving, Solus has ruled the Sun since the beginning of time and was infact the creator of the Sailor Senshi. He made them with the idea of order and justice in mind, to keep peace and hope in the universe since he could not interfere directly.
Sailor Senshi that come directly from the sun are few and far in between, their uniforms tend be in bright vibrant hues of red, yellow, gold, and orange. It is very rare to find a soldier to be under the will of the Sun King himself. Sailor Senshi Information Personality:

The Moon The moon is guide of the night, the light we see within the darkest parts of the sky. Ever watchful, the moon has is always there even when you cannot see it in the sky. Controlling the tides, reflecting the love of the sun, and lighting our night sky. If the Sun is the protective father, the Moon is the loving mother. Nurturing and caring for us at all times. ... But now, the moon is only a memory of what it once was a long time ago. Now only a grim reminder of the past, will the moon ever be the once powerful kingdom it once was? A small band of people now live in what once a beautiful castle, protecting it's remains and the power that still lies deep inside it's ruins. Foreve insuring the moon will always be there to light the night sky. There are rumors and stories of a colony of people living on the dark side of the moon. What they are doing there is unknown even to the Sun King Solus. There are few Senshi who have come from the moon, the most powerful of note was Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon who was also Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom. Other senshi have come and gone, trying live in the shadow or light of the once powerful Sailor Soldier. ...Though rumor has it the princess has been reborn in a new body! - But you didn't hear it from me!No more rarer than the Senshi from the Sun, the moon Soldiers don the colors that Sailor Moon once wore. Colors ranging from Pink, yellow, baby blue, navy blue, white, and red. Sailor Senshi Information
Common Personality Traits: Senshi from the moon are caring, passionate, and will often place themselves in danger in the name of ones they love.
Common Personality Flaws: Sometimes considered over-baring, possessive, or naive.
Powers
Utilizing the powers of the moon, the senshi soldiers can harness devastating arcane attacks and powerful healing spells. So powerful in fact that it can reverse the taint of a Yokai on a Human or the effects of brain washing!
Gifts
Senshi from the moon have the natural ability to: Resist evil's taint.
Find other senshi, regardless of their disguise.

Mercury The Kingdom of Mercury is a home to scholars and communication, there is not much known about the Kingdom of Mercury except it is ruled by the Scholar Queen Aquatias. Secretive by nature, little is known about the ruler herself except that she is one of the cleverest rulers in all the planets. Though it is often been told that the fact Mercury represents communication, is ironic.
Senshi from Mercury are studious and clever, donning the variant shades of blue.Sailor Senshi Information
Common Personality Traits: Senshi from Mercury are calculative, clever, and over all very smart. Aside from this, they are also very kind and go out of their way for their friends.
Common Personality Flaws: Tend to over work themselves and can come off as cold or socially awkward. Often unable to express themselves well or very secretive.
Powers
Utilizing the powers of the clever Mercury, the senshi soldiers can harness the powers of, snow, ice, fog, and water.
Gifts
Senshi from Mercury have the natural ability to: Automatically know how to use Luna P technology.
Be a prodigy in academics, = 4 on all intelligence rolls.

Venus Venus, the kingdom of Love! Ruler over emotions, the Kingdom of Venus is ruled by a kind and very loud king by the name of Adonis. Adonis is the second in command of the planetary council, if anything it was because of how boisterous he was!
Senshi from Venus are rowdy and amourous, the colors they done are variant shades of orange, yellow, blue, and red.Sailor Senshi Information
Common Personality Traits: Senshi from Venus are often considered flirty, passionate about life, and very rowdy. They have big dreams and you need to hear about them!
Common Personality Flaws: Tend to be a bit over zealous and can be confused for obnoxious... Senshi from Venus are hopeless romantics and often fall in love a little too easy.
Powers
Utilizing the powers of Venus, the senshi soldiers can harness the powers of emotions and turn them against their opponents or use them as physical attacks.
Gifts
Senshi from Venus have the natural ability to: Be very charismatic, giving them a +4 on all charisma based rolls.
To excel in the arts, giving them a +3 on all artistic/creative based rolls.

Earth The Golden Kingdom, or Elysium... The Earth Kingdom is of some of the oldest of the kingdoms, ruled by Mother Earth. Earth was devastated long ago and now very little is left of what was once a glorious kingdom. Now, in hiding the Earth Kingdom is one of the most dedicated planets in the system. The Senshi of Earth are wise and loyal, donning the colors shades of green, brown, and blue. Sailor Senshi Information
Common Personality Traits: Senshi from Earth are brave, loyal, and very considerate of others. Very wise for their age, they will not think twice about placing themselves in danger for their friends.
Common Personality Flaws: Very mature , Senshi of the earth have trouble getting along with people who are childish and/or silly by nature, considered stubborn.
Powers
Utilizing the powers of Earth, the senshi soldiers can easily deflect attacks and often found using powered weapons like swords right from the start. Senshi of the Earth can use any element, but only one element per senshi.
Gifts
Senshi from Earth have the natural ability to: Be brave, very little scares the earth Senshi. They can automatically resist fear effect spells.
Are wise beyond their years and get an automatic +4 to all wisdom rolls.

Mars Mars is the planet of fire and power, often confused for war and violence. The Ruler of Mars is a very dedicated Queen named Phobos ( she was named after one of the two moons that circles mars ). She is one of the few direct descendants of the first Sailor Senshi from Mars and takes great pride in her heritage.
Senshi from Mars are beautiful and firey, they don the varient shades of red and purple.
Sailor Senshi Information
Common Personality Traits: Are very spiritual individuals and are perceptive to outside influences, they can be patient and very passionate about everything they do. Senshi from Mars have a firey drive and they much do their best in EVERYTHING.
Common Personality Flaws: Hot tempered, Senshi from Mars speak their mind alot and are the "heat of the moment" sort of people.
Powers
Utilizing the powers of Mars, the senshi soldiers can harness the powers of fire and the ability to banish evil.
Gifts
Senshi from Mars have the natural ability to: Naturally Sense auras ( Being able to judge a person's alignment just by being around them, basically being about to see if someone is a good or bad person. )

Jupiter Jupter is ruled by the newly appointed child Queen, Queen [ insert name here >>;] , after loosing her mother mysteriously during an attack from the dark kingdom. Strong willed and strong armed, this little girl is not one to be made fun off. Senshi from jupiter are strong and easily depended on, wearing the shades of pink and green. Sailor Senshi Information
Common Personality Traits: Independant by nature, Senshi from Jupiter are like the pillars of a foundation. Often sought for comfort and strength, these senshi are the type you can count on in a pinch.
Common Personality Flaws: Their independence can be often confused for stubbornness and their dedication can be confused for being a bit head strong.
Powers
Utilizing the powers of jupiter, the senshi soldiers can harness the powers of electricity and weather.
Gifts
Senshi fromJupiter have the natural ability to: Be very athletic, giving them +4 on all physical rolls
Are very attuned to Nature and can often feel if something is wrong with it.
