OK let me start to ecplaine the rules so we can start knocking out questions!
For the exams everyone is going to get 25 turns.
-~So you can use 25 Jutsu, at try to 'hit' your opponent.~-
After 10 'hits' on an opponent (rolling a 1-5 for a 10 sided dice, is a hit) the opponent is K.O'd (if you're hit 10 times).
If after each person attacks the other 25 times no one has K.O'd, then the winner by default is the one who hit the most of the two.
In the event of a tie, a sudden death match will start, each person gets 10 attacks, 5 hits win, or person with the most attacks on their opponent.
Ways you can attack and how many turns they cost:
If you use more then one jutsu a turn (use an oil spitting jutsu, then a fire jutsu) It will cost double.
~example~ Note: referee's will keep track of turns.
(turn 25/25) Kayuka sends her puppet quickly, then whips out her bow after he is sent, saying "Kamatachi no jutsu!"
~end example~
That move would cost 2 turns, so Kayuka would then have (23/25 turns left) BUT!
you only need to roll one dice for a double jutsu.
If it lands then it counts as 2 hits as well. If that jutsu landed her opponent would then have (8/10 hits left).Risk V.S. Gain. You lose more turns, but you could get a double attack!
Note: beyond 25 turns you MAY NOT attack. Which means you're then at the mercy of the person your fighting against dice roll.
