Moi Meme Moitie

This is my personal favorite of all the Lolita clothing lines.
Official Web Site http://www.rakuten.co.jp/moi-meme-moitie/
Moi-même-Moitié is the Gothic Lolita fashion label of Mana, the former co-founder and guitarist of the Visual Kei band Malice Mizer. It was founded in 1999 and features the specific styles of Elegant Gothic Lolita, which blends the innocence and cuteness of the Lolita fashion with the darkness and mystery of Gothic fashion, and Elegant Gothic Aristocrat.

The label's name is a portmanteau of the French words "moi-même" (myself) and "moitié" (half), although the expression "moi-même-moitié" does not exist in French.

Moi-même-Moitié's clothing is characterised by the use customised materials and couture-like construction. The brand's logo is a candle stick, which often appears as a design detail, for example as embroidery or on buttons, lace and jewellery. Other frequently used motifs are crosses, roses (with thorns), Gothic architecture and bat wings. The designs are most commonly black, white, grey and deep blue. Lace is also sometimes used.

Moi-même-Moitié has branches in Tokyo and Hiroshima and also offers online ordering for both domestic and international customers.

I have a little question for you, Jasdero, since you know Moi-Même-Moitié a little 3nodding .
The size chart on the Moi-Même-Moitié site says the waist is 64cm wide; if my waist is 67cm, will the skirt still fit? Also my chest is waaaay to large for the size indicated on the chart, does it matter or I should loose weight or just abandon?

Is that the waist's maximum measurement or does it only have one measurement?
If it only has one you should be able to fit into it, but if that's the maximum either loose the weight or abandon.
Your chest does matter quite a bit, if it's more than 5 cm off again, loose the weight or abandon.
Whether or not you want to loose weight is your choice. From seeing your pictureposts, you definitely don't need to. And I really don't recommend it if you have to set a goal much higher than ten pounds at your size, because despite what the size of Moi-Même-Moitié clothing is, you are a lovely size. And I swear I mean that when I say that.

Well Moitie is kinda strange sometimes...
the JSK i have..it says that is should only fit a 34" but at max..i am here with a 36 and it fits with some room to spare...but the waist in kinda tight.
From my personal experiance they do give a little leeway for a bit of a bigger size but not too much. the skirt SHOULD fit you in all honesty. i mean my bust it 3 inches too big...and i still fit the dress....i think it is a small size difference and your body should be able to go with the skirt.

Yay that's awesome!!! I'm really happy to hear this, even if it means that my wallet may bleed at the end of the summer sweatdrop . My chest is in fact 10 cms wider than the measurements, but I guess I could still fit.
Thank you for the nice comment, JessieKate 4laugh . Honestly, I like myself like I am, but I would do something as stupid as loose weight to fit in clothes I like.

If you chest is 10 com too big....use a sports bra or something to pack them down when you wear the dress. ^^
