Deep within the ghettos of Rikudo lay the dwelling place of the old coot known simply as Vacio. His home seems liek just another heap of junk reaking the city, but within lies a most vital purpose for shinobi. Like Mirakudo, it is a safehouse for shinobi, especially ones newer to the game. Vacio is a cranky old man to just about everyone, except for fellow shinobi. Vacio is the world's oldest world veteran, whose past is filled with mystery. Although confined to a wheel chair, he is more then capable of supplying shinobi with food, shelter, weapons, information, and a bit of wisdom.
(Vacio will be played by me, in NPC form in the color green. This is one of the places mentioned in the main forum for newcomers, if you haven't caught that drift yet!)

Yuudai walked down the alley way turning in confused ways to look like a lost tourist. Though he really wasn't he just wanted to keep from being followed by any of the shinobi hunting police in the area.
Stopping in the dankest of alleys he stopped and got a full baring on his surroundings.

Through the window Vacio smirked at the lost soul. He could spot a newcomer to Rikudo easy, and a shinbo even easier. "Better let him in..." he said rolling to his front door and opening it. "Hey, sonny!" he croaked. "You look a little lost!"

"No just making sure I wasn't being followed." Yuudai said quietly moving in silently closing the door behind him.
"I have orders from my employer to find some information and word has it you might have this information I need?" Yuudai said asking in a professional manner.
