The Dragon's Blade Organization is shrouded in mystery. Members know what's hidden inside, but what happens inside never leaves.

Akio Hiyashi (formerly called Kyte; a codename given to her when she worked for her former employer) sat on a bench in the organization's base. She had been paid to assist the Dragon's Blade. Being a mercenary, she did not question the reason for her employment. As long as she was being paid, she would take the job. Her apathetic attitude toward her employers forced disaffection between them. Mercenaries, changing sides according to amount of pay, were known to switch off and on a job and were known to not be dedicated, but Akio was different. She may not have been personally connected with the job, but she would not leave an employer until the job was done and done well. Her skills were an asset and no amount of money could persuade her to leave her current company, the Dragon's Blade Organization.
She waited around the lobby. The long front of her black hair falling on front of her shoulders as she hung her hair low in anticipation of an event that was to come in the distance. She fiddled with her fingers unnoticably and her heel bounced ever-so-slightly on and off the ground beneath her. The noises of the outside world were but a distant blur; she cushioned herself in the comfort of her own mind.
"What are you doing here, Kyte?" Her conscience spoke to her. "Look at you, you murderer. You think you'll be good at this? Being enrolled at a high end company like this? You stand no chance. You're The Kyte, The Murderer. Thousands of souls rest on your shoulders, but you did that to yourself. You chose to be employed by THAT organization, now you want to make amends by joining this one? What do you have to offer? Your commitment? You have none, you don't know HOW to commit yourself to a goal...you've never had one after all. You drift from country to country searching for a purpose, but it never comes, does it, Kyte? So what are you doing here? Are you trying to commit yourself to something larger than yourself, now? Heh...you humans are pathetic, just look at yourself. You're worthless..."

Yen looked at The Merc's record.
"Note she has a very impressive background beside the fact who she was working for." Yen said making a note on his computer.
He was looking at Akio Hiyashi's record which was quite impressive on it's own. He had throughly studied her combat techniques and the like with all the similar background checks, but of all the the applying mercs she was the most impressive as well as most beautiful. Though he wasn't letting that change his judgment.
He opened the door that led into the waiting area.
"Come on in and have a seat." He called

Akio looked up, an unnoticable second of panic gripped her eyes, but it subsided. She picked herself up effortlessly and walked forward, one foot in front of the other. She didn't bob up and down as she walked, but glided smoothly across the floor. Her black hair sailed after her and her blue eyes iced the air that she glared through.
She entered the room and took a seat, crossing one leg over the other. She didn't make a sound, she just looked up at Yen.

Yen for the first time was noticing a woman and he was quite surorised. She was graceful and beautiful.
Shaking his head a bit he looked deep into her eyes with a cold stare.
"What makes you think your any bettter than any other trash mercanary that comes through those doors what do you have thats so special?" He asked with a hard grim tone disguising his little liking for her that flared up a bit.

She looked to him and tilted her head to the side only slightly, "I haven't worked for the greatest people in the past; my record tells you so. But when I work, I work so that no other mercenary can compete. I know that the standard stereotype for mercenaries are their constantly changing opinions when faced with self-profit, but unlike those mercenaries, when I join a force I stay with it regardless of pay. I may not be commited to the said cause, but no amount of money will change my mind; work is to be completed not left in the open. In my lifetime, I've had offers that outdid my employer seventeen times over, but I stayed with him anyway. Though, once my work is complete, I will freely go to my next employer." She looked at him. "Tell me any other mercenary that will be this loyal to your cause and charge that much money? If you find one, tell me so I can see how good they claim they are."
Through the entire speech her voice stayed the same tone; there was an air of assurance around her. And Akio herself was confident in her abilities.
She looked up to Yen and asked in a cold voice, "Is there anything else you wish to ask?"

She looked at him, "In all honesty..." She paused for a moment and looked out a window to the surroundings outside, "I have none, being a mercenary, I can't become to attatched to a certain goal. Because of this, I have no opinion, but that also means I have no objections. Whatever work you give me, I'll do it."

"I'm looking for you to be more than some mindless merc doing the job for the money Cause I expect to employ you as long as you live which will be hopefully longer than the last so tell me what do you think don't worry about being all professional even though it's nice we're a random group of Assassins." Yen commented

She looked up at him and put her hands on her knees, "I'm here to protect someone; it's as simple as that. My last employer threatened to take his life, but I won't let him. I'm here to guard that very person with my life. I don't mind what you're doing, the fact is, i'll go along with it. But my first goal is to see that the one I'm protecting remains safe no matter what the costs are. I know for a fact that this certain someone's going to stay with this organization for a long time, so you don't have to worry about me bouncing out on you when the times get rough or after my job's complete, because my job won't ever be complete." There was a pause, and she sighed, "Is that enough for you?"

She looked away and her lips tightened, "I-I can't say..." Her fingers began to fidget with each other, the way they did when she was nervous, "Pardon me, but I really can't."

"I...don't know why. I just...after I finished working with my old organization, I felt that I owed a debt to society. We were responsible for so much turmoil. After my term was complete, he let me go and I went off on my way, but the strange thing was I never saw any of my other mercenaries leave that organization even though their terms were up. I found out that our previous leader killed all of the mercenaries, but he let me go for only God knows what reason. Then, I caught wind of another one of his plots, and I just couldn't bear to let him go on and get what he wants. I have to stop him, because of him...we're responsible for so much damage, but that ends with me. I'm going to turn this game around and I will crush him!"
