I have seen 148 Pokemon so far, and only need to see Drapion and Milotic now. Two of my cousins have told me that the Pokemon I see when fighting the Elite Four won't count in the Pokedex when I beat the Pokemon League. Is this true? Also, can I use a Good Rod to fish for Feebas? (I really want to use a Milotic when fighting the Elite Four.)

No, they'll definatly count. And you can catch Feebas with any rod, although A Super Rod would be the best choice.

Uh-huh! You'll see Drapion when facing off against the first of the elite four. Then, you'll see Milotic when you battle the champion! Good luck!
