I was wondering if anyone has read or is reading the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld? I am reading them, I got them all from my library except Pretties, which they will hold when it gets turned in. The books are amazingly awesome. it certainly would not be to everyone's liking.
At first I kinda hated the idea, but I kept reading, because I don'tlike to not finish a book, and I got sucked in, they are so awesome.
It was originaly a trilogy.

Pretties
Speicals
But then Westerfeld decided to release Extras and there is the posibility of a fifth book. :3
Anyways, anyone reading them?

It's a post-apocoliptic world. Everything there is perfect. When you are born you are considered a littlie and live with your parents until you turn ten. After ten you move into a dormoroty and you are called an 'Ugly/Uglie' and then you live in uglyville until you turn Sixteen and you get this wodnerful operation that turns you into a Super Model GORGOUES person and you move to New Prettie/Pretty Town. Everyone gets the operation.
But some people don't want it and blah, blah, blah.
I don't wanna say too much, cause I'll give it away, so yeah. but it's an AWESOME book. :3
