If we are to accept this contract, we must know the offense so that we may serve punishment to it's fullest extent, no more nor less.

Damn, asmusei got here first........well, i guess I'll go look for a different contract.
EDIT:Oh wait! I just remembered. Whether or not he's a special rank "Faceless Hunter", is he still also a rank "Murderer"(lowest normal guild rank)? I'm ranked as "Assassin"(three ranks above Murderer). If he is still also a Murderer, does my higher normal rank get any consideration?
Plus, I agree with Asmusei, could you tell us what the target is being punished for so that can be exploited?

Dusk One DragonRidr had blocked all Pms. Bah, easily remedied; go to his profile page and look at his posts and find his favorite threads and his guilds, if any. This way, you can track him and take him down, even if he seals off his profile page.

if this contract has been finished, shouldn't someone remove it from the contracts list? or at least lock the thread.
