I was wondering if any one else was a big coffee drinker. Come and post your favorite blends roasts and coffee shops. My choice coffee shop is the adria cafe in Newark.

I like to drink coffee quite a bit i suppose. My favorite blend is just plain black coffee (strong) and my favorite place is usually at my house just hanging out w/ my parents.

Oh man, you do not know the meaning of drinking coffee. I'm from Seattle, and where is the coffee capital of the US?? Seattle. It's actually kind of ridiculous, like an obsession. The average adult has 3 or 4 a day, the average teen has 2. And kids start drinking it and getting addicted at about 13. Now that I think about it, its kinda sad. And we don't just have the big coffee shops on the corners, either(and there is one on every corner). We have little coffee stands everywhere, so no matter where you go, you ca have your coffee fix. Granted, most people get espresso, which is kinda fake coffee...I saw a pin once that said espresso(or mybe it was latte) was french for "I paid too much for this coffee". It made me laugh, but it does have a tinge of truth to it.

I'm actually not a coffee drinker. I really don't like it at all. However I do like to put cappucino in my hot chocolate.
Cocoa + cappucino = cococino (though how you'd actually spell it is beyond me)

"Seattle's Best" is the best major coffee chain I know of. They use cold-brewed coffee for their iced drinks- it doesn't have the sharp bitter taste that iced Starbucks does (before you drown it in milk). But I really love little coffee shops. All-time favorite when I am really in a coffee mood- Espresso con panna at the Aroma Cafe, across from my campus. It's a tiny little cup of straight espresso with whipped cream on top.
I think very few Americans- especially in the younger age groups- like straight espresso. I never did until I tried it in Italy. (When in Rome, as they say.) It's really intense, and I don't like it without lemon peel or whipped cream or a piece of chocolate- it needs something to balance it out.

Well I drink coffe a lot but the only coffee available here are the packets of Nescafe 3-in-1 that my mother sells.
On the other hand my mother is also telling me to stop chugging the stuff cuz she thinks it makes me edgy all the time.
Ridiculous of course, ehehehe.... lol *laughs nervously*

[Lacrimosa] OhmyGod. I love frapachino's. They are amazing-ness in it's purest form. xd VANILLA FRAPACINOS!!!! LOL!! blaugh I like that I don't have to add anything to them. 3nodding I don't like mine too sweet, just give me a coffee with two of those vanilla creamers and I'm good to go. I like Seattle though more than Starbucks. xp

I wont drink it too often, but I usually like a little coffee with my cream. smile While I'll agree Starbucks is expensive, I can't resist the Pumpkin Spice (whatever it is; coffee, latte, macchiato, idk...). I tastes like "holidays are coming!!!".

My favorite coffee is made with a pleasant mix of a lot of caffeine and served in a bowl sized cup.
