Hi, I'm addy, I'm new to this guild, but more than ready to get things going. I had this idea, it's one that you have probably been seeing pop-up on roleplays lately, that we should do a month of february Harry Potter rp. It's the season of love, and everyone is falling into it. Potions, tricks, and pure heart, our favorite couples are about to get a turn for the big L, or the worst wink !

The typical rules appy:
No Cybering (pg-14ish should be enough, take the rest to the pms if you must)
No godmoding- everyone likes a little bloodshed here and there, but it is best done with the other players permission
Literacy-no one's perfect, but chatspeak is for the Ooc's not your posts.
OOC- make it so we know it; as in ((blah)), {blah}, [ect.]
Profiles- you can send them to me and I'll post them, or you can post them on here. I'm making a space for all profiles, so they'll be moved to there later on regardless.
Characters- I know there are already other active romance roleplays, so there might be a dibs issues..Work it out among youselves please! I'm going for first come first serve here.

Bio: Kaya has been raised in a strict, adoptive household(note the Japanese name while she is British). She has younger siblings, and two parents who care more about the image than the person. Her one goal is to excel at everything, and if she can't, then it must be because of her bland personality. Then, when a dark haired youth by the name of Sirius Black crosses her path, Kaya begins to think thoughts that would bring her mother's scorn to it's height.

She has mostly been home schooled by her parents. Her parents were very gifted with languages but Norah has always struggled with having to learn a new language every few years.
Other: Norah is generally a very warm, nice person but , like everyone, has a dark side. She can be a bit sarcastic and is very witty. Also, she has a bad habit of chewing her nails.

Remus Lupin sat in the shade of a large tree by the lake, grateful for the peace and quiet his restless friends often deprived him of. It wasn't that he didn't think their pranks were funny, but hanging that Severus by his ankles in midair; they were lucky to be able to walk free at all! He opened his book for the third time, trying to force himself to concentrate on the words. It was pretty funny though, the look of horror on Snape's face as his orange polka dotted boxers were exposed to the student body, priceless! He couldn't help but let himself have a laugh in memory.

Completely absorbed in her thoughts and book, Marketa absently chewed her little fingernail as she ambled across the grounds. A patch of tall grass by the lake brushed against her legs and caught on her skirt, but she didn't notice she was so engrossed with the novel. She made her way through the grass and approached the big tree by the lake, siting down and not even noticing that there was someone on the opposite side of aforementioned tree.

Remus had watched the girl slowly coming closer to him, well mostly; he had forced himself to stare at the blurred words of his book when her skirt caught. Now she was sitting very close to him, maybe she wanted him to say hi? Yeah, that must be it, why else would she sit so close. He wasn't used to making the first move, or any move for that matter, but this was just a friendly hello, so no pressure. Hopefully.
"Hello," he said, peering around the tree with an easy smile on his face.

Jeremiah pushed open the door and walked out of the castle. It was a beautiful morning and he decided to change into his animagus form and take a fly around the castle. Maybe he could even suprise someone who didn't know he was an animagus. That would be a good laugh. Jeremiah transformed and began to fly around the school. Finally, after he had flown around for a bit, he notice a girl and a guy sitting at the base of a tree. Slowly and Silently, he landed in the tree. When Jeremiah had positioned himself just right, he jumped out of the tree, changing back into a human when he was about halfway to the ground. "Hi," he said smiling and brushing his hair back from his eyes.

Lupin, even used to odd tricks due to his prankster friends, stiffened backwards and widened his eyes at the new commoner. An animagus, huh? The rest of the maurauders would find this interesting, but he would have to safe that conversation for a different time. "That was reckless," he said, not quite sure how best to handle this.

In one sense, Marketa had been surprised when a boy was suddenly speaking to her, especially an incredibly good-looking Marauder boy. She had gasped and spun around to face him when another boy suddenly dropped from the tree. She couldn't help it. She was a girl, for Merlin's sake! She shrieked. Then she fell backwards in ehr haste to get out of the falling boy's way, sending her book flying.
Well that was graceful, she thought to herself with a roll of her eyes.

"Are you ok? Here," said Jeremiah taking out his wand. He waved it, said an incatation, and the book flew into his arms. He handed the book to the girl. "I'm Jeremiah Ryan and yeah, I'm an animagus," he said changing into an Oriole and hovering in midair for a moment before changing back into a human.
